Great Tuscan vacation home

Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem charmanten Haus in der Toskana verbracht. Das Haus ist etwas älter, was ihm aber genau den besonderen, toskanischen Charme verleiht. Der große Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein und bietet an heißen Tagen eine perfekte Abkühlung.Ein echtes Highlight ist der Pizzaofen im Außenbereich – unbedingt ausprobieren, es lohnt sich! Die Gastgeberin ist eine herzensgute Seele, die immer erreichbar ist und sich liebevoll um alles kümmert.Die Lage ist etwas abseits der größeren Städte, was wir aber sehr genossen haben: Die Fahrten dorthin bieten traumhafte Ausblicke auf die wunderschöne Landschaft. Auch in der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht: Im Örtchen unten am Berg kann man einkaufen, und das Restaurant oben am Berg ist absolut empfehlenswert.Wir können dieses Haus jedem ans Herz legen, der Ruhe, toskanisches Flair und herzliche Gastfreundschaft sucht!

Sehr ruhiges, idyllisches Ferienhaus etwas ausserhalb von Castelnuovo di Garfagnana (7 Min. m. Auto)

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im Casa Poli und können dies nur herzlichst weiterempfehlen. Ideal für zwei bis drei Familien. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Der Pool ist gross und sauber. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Et feriested med stort potensiale.

Huset og omgivelsene er vakre. Det var god plass, gode madrasser og stort badebasseng. 2,5 km til nærmeste by, som hadde det meste. 1 km fra huset er det en restaurant hvor vi spiste, nydelig sted! (Lorettas). Vi hadde også to spektakulære kjøreturer over fjellet for å komme til havet. Hvis man foretrekker færre svingete veier, kan man kjøre om Lucca i stedet. Siden det er oppe i fjellene, sank temperaturen om natten slik at det ikke ble for varmt å sove. Det er en stille og fredelig plass med mye herlig fuglesang. Huset bar litt preg av at vi var de første som leide for sesongen (oppvaskmaskin ikke testet (manglet salt), ikke helt grundig rengjort etter lang tid uten besøk, og slukene på badene luktet (ikke brukt på lenge). Eier var rask til å ønske å rette opp det vi påpekte, men vi brukte litt mye tid på å kommunisere om utbedringer. Noen av dagene var vi litt plaget av bier ved bassenget. Mygg var det mindre av, dessuten var det myggnetting på soverommene. I annonsen sto det at det var wifi, og det fantes et mobilt bredbånd vi aldri fikk til å virke. Vi synes det er bedre at det står at det ikke er wifi, enn at det er et som ikke virker. Det var vanskelig å kommunisere med eier pga manglende engelskkunnskaper, og manglende forståelse for at ting ikke var i orden. Kommunikasjon med homeaway direkte, var god. Et hus om kunne vært perfekt om alle småting var ordnet opp i på forhånd.
