"I travel a lot and the Biu is an exceptional place to stay. The service is outstanding, rooms spacious, clean, and a lovely breakfast.
Castellammare di Stabia is a wonderful town perfectly placed between Pompeii and Sorrento. The restaurants are excellent and along the water.
With the Biu close to the train, shore and shops. If you get the opportunity to stay here take it!"

"We booked that place for one night. After a while the host wrote to us not to come and that there were no room available. Under such circumstances I asked the host to cancel my reservation in order I could book another place. But the host refused to do that! So, I wonder if the host is a fraudster or simply irresponsible person, who doesn’t update calendar."

"Honestly, I couldn’t recommend Orto Paradiso more highly. Filomena and the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always so helpful—they truly made our stay memorable. Breakfast each morning was delightful, and it was my boyfriend’s birthday while we were there; Filomena went above and beyond to make it extra special.
The room and facilities were extremely comfortable and spacious, and the view over Minori was stunning. There are quite a few stairs to reach the hotel, so it’s worth...

"The hotel is such a charming and well maintained gem with an ideal location. Close enough to Sorrento- 25 min walk while being in a quieter lovely area close to the water. It’s close to some great restaurants (Alfred, and Moonlight) with delicious food and attentive service . Marco was welcoming from the moment we arrived, housekeeping cleaned our room every day, the hotel has been updates with good size and clean rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was included which had a good spread and so convenient. Marco takes pride in his hotel and ensured we all enjoyed our stay. 5 of us travelled staying in 3 rooms and we all agreed it’s definitely worth coming back… Grazie Marco and staff!"
"This hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was extraordinary. Their names were Angela Giuseppi the two bartenders. They made us a master class of drinks…. Andra was very helpful also …. I will say the whole entire staff goes over and beyond and the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful. Absolutely impeccable.. we will definitely be back this hotel is like being in a dream movie lol thank you very much."
"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were a little nervous after seeing a few recent reviews but do not listen to them. Our stay was incredible. The views are unbelievable no matter what room you’re in. The shuttle service was extremely easy to use and so helpful. Everything was very clean. Loved all the staff, we’ll absolutely be back!"
"The hotel is located on Garibaldi square near the train/subway station and only 15 minute taxi ride to the airport. It was a beautiful, spacious hotel and had a wonderful restaurant on the roof top where we ate a few times. We had a room facing the square and it blocked out all the street noise and light. The room itself was probably newly renovated with nice bathrooms and wood floors. We were jet lagged so didn't have the energy to see Naples and our primary goal was to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento. I would highly recommend staying here."
"The room looked ok on first imspection, but then we noticed under the bed hadnt been cleaned for a long time, hairs, dust and large bits of dirt under there. Also the bathroom had a shower over a very tight bath, even though the bathroom had room for a wider bath. It made showering difficult. We also had an issue of very noisey neighbours (furniture being moved, shouting and swearing and abusive langage) the last night of our trip from 00.30am to 03.00am and we rang reception and went down twice but not much was done, other than to tell us in the morning the loud american lady needed some drugs from the pharmacy as she had issues and that they had been upstairs 3 times and didnt hear anything. They did offer to move us to a different room around 02.30am, but we were due to get up in a few hours after that to pack to go to the airport so not much point. "
"Beautiful place and excellent staff. Dinner was superb and espresso martinis were excellent. A very enjoyable stay. If I have to say a negative it is a drive back into the city but the shuttle drivers have nerves of a steel and they are on time with their schedule. "
"Breakfast great good mix of food overlooking sea. Staff Stefano Angelo and Pasquale very accommodating for all meals and pool area. Front staff of Miriam Leonardo provided excellent service and room spectacular and clean. Definitely coming back. Great job Panorama of making us feel welcomed. "
