"If you are looking for a lovely studio in a walkable area near the airport with a generous breakfast, this is the place for you. BE SURE to coordinate your arrival with your host. DO NOT do what I did: reserve the 3-room apartment and show up at the given address. (The instruction to make prior arrangements if you are arriving after 10:30 pm is completely misleading.). "Friendly staff, quick check in. Nice and clean room with daily cleaning. Good sweet Italian breakfast with cold meats and eggs. A little bar with drinks at reception, only 3 stops on the tram 4 from Porta Nuova station and same tram goes into the centre in the opposite direction. Great little pizzeria close by with other bars and food options. Air conditioning good. Room noise quiet even at the front with passing trams. Certainly worth staying that little bit away from the centre. Would definitely stay there again."
