"We stayed here for a week over Christmas as a group of three friends and had a really lovely time. The house is large, spacious and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax without ever feeling on top of each other. It’s set in a quiet location, which made it especially peaceful over the holiday period.The kitchen was well equipped and ideal for preparing meals, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to settle in for a longer stay. The heating worked well throughout the house, so everywhere felt cosy despite the winter weather.A particularly thoughtful and much-appreciated touch was the Christmas tree that had been put up and decorated for our arrival — it really added to the festive atmosphere and made the house feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed the selection of books and games, which were perfect for relaxed evenings in.The house has lots of character as an older stone building with curved ceilings. With that in mind, there were a few cobwebs in places, which is understandable and didn’t detract from our enjoyment of the stay.Overall, it was a comfortable, well-equipped and welcoming place to stay, and we would happily recommend it."

"The room was clean & spacious - they warn there are many insects about Inc mosquitos but guiding a beetle out the front door was a 😱 I also recommend sitting on the lobby terrace in the afternoon; cooler in the shade & great views with a decent espresso! Staying for the Jazz:Refound festival in Cella Monte a few miles away......... you'll need the taxis they can organise or you'll be stuck unless you have your own car!! Do look around the Terruggia itself.......not much to it really but the hotel recommended a nearby restauran, Il Melograno, for my friend with specific dietary requirements and the place was fantastic for local food & wine e.g. olive oil from within a few miles 🤗"

"Nice spot in Casale, easy walk to downtown. The room was comfortable and large. The sheets were soft, and the pillows were great. Breakfast was also great, with lots of options. All in all, a very pleasant stay. "
