"Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Not worth the extra $. Although it has a shuttle that goes 24 hrs.,it is the only shuttle that takes guests to locations. Only seats 6. Did not show up to pick me up at the airport (reason I chose hotel) even though I called and texted 24 hrs ahead. Was told to find a taxi bc they couldn’t come for me. Last, it was so HOT and it was only MAY. Amenities like SPA, cold hot tub, no explanation of amenities, etc."

"The room was great, the pictures do it justice. The room was very clean. But you do have to put your entry card in the slot by the door for the lights to be activated. The shower was wonderful, but the floor of the shower was Very slippery. Someone could fall and have a serious injury. I opened the window, so I do not know about the air-conditioner. The bidet was amazing. Shower fresh clean everytime! The breakfast was wonderful. They had everything, and cake seems to be big in Rome for breakfast and it was great. The maid answered many questions for me, she was wonderful. The front staff was amazing and ready for Americans with bus routes and ways to get around. Glad I found this hotel."

"Poor breakfasts. Staff in the evening so unprofessional. I booked 2 rooms and surprisingly one room have fridge and the other don’t. The safe box in both rooms doesn't work and the staff not willing to fix it. No services are provided even a cup of water you need to go down to the bar and buy it."

"Rooms were great, very close to transit. Staff was lovely and very helpful. The food was great at the restaurant. Would 100% stay again, we came from Canada and felt very welcome."
