"Room good and housekeeping did a good job during the stay. Bed slept very good and temperature was perfect. Flooring needs work. The floor had buckled areas creating a trip hazard. Also, some parts of flooring had toothpick sized sections of flooring sticking up. TV remote needs replacement as you had to turn TV on at the unit. Remote battery back loose, falling off and dirty from where tape had been used to try to hold back on in the past - was not tacky though, just dirty. We had to get the remote from front desk to start watching TV. Faucet in the tub dripped and could be heard at night when silent. Front lighted sign on road advertised waffles for breakfast. However, the signs in lobby stated "No Waffles, Just Cereal". The stay was a good value even with the above hiccups. Ample parking with easily available spaces. Ice machine worked flawlessly with easy access."

"Danielle always does an excellent job getting me checked in! We found out on what was supposed to be the last day, that we would need to stay an extra night. After calling the hotel to reserve an extra night, she had my confirmation email sent to me immediately "

"Breakfast is ok, staff is kind and professional, but the floors in the room were sticky, the general feel neglected, and the amenities were sub-par for the pricing- in the Cartersville area. I will use other hotels in Cartersville in the future, I was not impressed at all."
