With a beautiful decking area boasting stunning sea views, separate parents retreat in the 'Boat shed'.
Large open plan living areas, cosy combustion heater, and air-conditioning. The kitchen is newly renovated and well-equipped.
This is a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. The township is squeezed between the hillside and dunes.
There are three separate bathrooms, one with a spa bath.
There is a very large, grassed area, and garden, in front of the house, and a very wide 180-degree decking overlooking the sea.
This renovated home has spectacular ocean views. Watch the waves from the pristine beach on the extensive decking and enjoy amazing sunsets.

Boathouse: 1 x Queen. 1 x single (you must walk through the queen room to get to the single room).

Boathouse - Spa, shower, vanity, wc.
Facilities: Large open plan Lounge, Dining, Kitchen, Laundry.
Features/entertainment: tv, dvd, bbq.
Heating/cooling: Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner to living area, Combustion heater (firewood is not supplied).
Pets: Pets Allowed.
Fenced: Not fully fenced.

Cleaning: Cleaner will be hired on your behalf, and will be incorporated in to the rental fee.
Bedding: All duvets and duvet covers are provided, all mattress protectors are provided, and all pillows are provided.
Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel
