Quarto muito bom, com chuveiro excelente, um bom estacionamento, café da manhã satisfatório, profissionais da limpeza prestativos e gentis, mas funcionários da recepção sendo desde o início pouco prestativos e não explicando adequadamente o funcionamento do cartão-chave no elevador e da não possibilidade de abertura dos elevadores em outros andares que não o do quarto (pois estavamos em grupo e fomos designados em andares diferentes). Resumindo, tirando a equipe da recepção mal preparada, o resto é bom.

Sempre se sabe o que esperar de um Ibis, mas este necessita uma manutenção (janela para a rua não fechava). Faltou mesa de luz em ambos os lados também e a TV muito limitada, só 3 ou 4 canais.

Atendimento ruim, pouca cordialidade da equipe como um todo, a toalha de banho paracia um pano de chão, o cafe da manha com itens do dia anterior, pouca gente na operação do café, louca suja e o piso em torno do buffet estava lamentável, ficamos 03 dias e o mesmo permaneceu grudento e faltou limpeza, sou cliente da Accor a decadas, mas essa hospedagem deixou a desejar.

No primeiro dia, foi oferecido um qyarto PCD, muito ruim, banheiro pequeno. No segundo dia, trocou de quarto para normal, tudo otimo. Cama confortável, bancada banheiro, tudo ok. No Cafe da manhã , oferecem suco concentrado, da uma azia. Poderiam colocar suco natural.

Foi uma experiencia muito ruim . fiz reserva de 13 a 18 de nov/24 com pagamento antecipado . E por motivos outros chegamos somente no dia 15 para o chek in , mas infelizmente cancelaram nossa estadia e alugaram para outros , de modo que ficamos literalmente na rua !!! E disseram que entrariam em contato na segunda para fazer o extorno , o que não aconteceu. não houve nenhuma preocupação em nos recolocarmos. Vale dizer que 2 dias antes tente avisar que atrasaríamos e de nada valeu. Continuo aguardando uma solução.
