Boa localização para quem está viajando, funcionários muito atenciosos e café da manhã sortido e de boa qualidade. O quarto é bem pequeno assim como o banheiro. O Box do chuveiro chega a ser desconfortável de tão apertado. A roupa de cama e de banho estavam limpas mas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Mas é um bom hotel para quem está de passagem.

Melhor opção em caratinga.

Uma excelente alternativa em Caratinga. Hotel limpo, agradável, bom café da manhã, atendimento excelente. Problema se chegar tarde é ter que deixar o carro na rua por falta de estacionamento. Água fria na torneira do banheiro e sem local para pendurar toalhas.

Hotel razoável! Quarto e banheiro minúsculos.

Hotel razoável. Apesar de ser novo e ter boas instalações, o quarto e banheiro são minúsculos. A circulação no quarto é prejudicada, sendo impossível passar 2 pessoas no mesmo espaço. Box de 60 cm, fazendo com que se bata na parede e blindex, a todo momento. Até as toalhas são pequenas e finas. Café da manhã básico, sem muita variedade. Garagem ainda em construção, sem sinalização. Atendimento, na portaria, de modo seco, já o staff de serviço prestam ótimo atendimento. Localização ruim, longe de tudo. O único item ótimo é o chuveiro do banheiro.

Just Okay property nothing much or extra, clean room, small room, great breakfast, took toon long check-in around 30 minutes staff got confused check-in with passports I think they are used to check in with id and not passports
