I had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and was a great way to start the day. I also enjoyed the spa facilities, which provided a relaxing experience after a busy day. What I liked most was the overall cleanliness and relaxing atmosphere of the property. Everything was convenient and comfortable for travellers. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend this property to other travellers. One thing that could be improved is having a little more variety at breakfast, but overall I was very satisfied with my experience.

"As someone who prioritizes a clean training environment, I was incredibly impressed by this facility. The entire gym floor, the equipment, and the locker rooms are absolutely pristine you constantly see staff maintaining the space, which gives you total peace of mind during a heavy workout. Beyond the cleanliness, the customer experience starts the moment you walk in. The reception team is fantastic; they were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made the registration and check-in process completely seamless. Top-tier service all around!🙌

Lidotel is definitely one of the best hotels in Caracas. Very convenient location, spacious rooms, great service. The restaurant has a spectacular view of Caracas and of the beautiful sunrise every morning. There is a gym and a spa connected to the hotel. Lidotel is also connected to a mal. Great place to stay in Caracas.

The room was Good and everything was Ok. I made a reservation for a Deluxe Room for up to 4 people, but I only listed 2 people on my reservation, thinking that since it was for 4, there wouldn't be any problem. Upon arrival at the hotel, they refused to check us in because there were 3 adults and an infant. The staff was demanding more money. I changed my reservation immediately, and Expedia helped me by adding the 2 extra people, making it even cheaper. When the staff demanded more money, they finally checked in, and no additional payment was given to them. The point is that we need to be more considerate and not just think about money when it comes to people, especially in a country where not everyone can afford to pay $200 for a hotel room for one night.

This hotel surprise me in so many ways from the staff to the rooms and breakfast was never a disappointment I love how the rooms was big always on time to clean and the friendly and helpful staff also what’s a plus for me the fact that it had a lot of businesses in walking distance also English speaking staff would definitely stay here again. I also enjoyed my free snacks and refreshments Thanks again to the staff

I really liked the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable beds. The location is very strategic; El Rosal area is safe and very beautiful. The hotel has excellent service and cleanliness. Also, the buffet breakfast was very complete and delicious. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and polite. The only thing I would add to this hotel is a pool area. I hope to come back soon.

Since I arrived I was waiting like 25 minutes because I did my reservations by this app, the second thing is my room was in a bas condition ac not working properly, the bathtub wasn’t working properly, I asked for help and that they to long to send someone to check my room, after that they changed my room and I forgot something and my old room and they never found. So disappointed
