"Everything about my visit exceeded expectations. My room was clean and spacious with plenty of outdoor space perfect for watching the storm outside. I loved the architectural elements throughout the building which was gorgeous to look at especially the outside details. I enjoyed the indoor pool and can’t wait to come back when the season opens for the outdoor pool. I had a great breakfast in the morning to start my day with many choices and a comforting dinner at the end of the day when I was exhausted after walking all over the parks about a 10 minute drive away. The building was quiet at night and the rooms climate controlled. I will definitely be back it was an excellent value for the price and convenient to the language exam center a 10 minute walk away. The front desk staff anticipated that I spoke English and served me with care. The staff were very friendly and patient as I struggled to speak Portuguese which I also appreciated. "

Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Miguel delivered a beautiful cake for my birthday and recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner. The staff at check in and check out we're helpful and friendly and made the experience a pleasure. The custard tart and port at check in was much appreciated. The lady on check out spotted my fellas Monty Python T-shirt which was lovely. "
