Vacation Home Casa Country with Sea View, Garden & Terrace

The 65m² vacation home is located on Italy's Elba island. The home consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, the other a double bedroom with a single bed with a second bed on a mezzanine and a bathroom), and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home also features a television and a washing machine. Children are allowed.

Guests can enjoy the beautiful sea view while relaxing on the furnished garden or sunning on the closed terrace, both for private use. The outside area also features a spacious furnished porch with a wonderful view, as well as a private solarium.

The entire property is fenced and the home is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. A small private pathway leads to Ferrato beach just a few minutes away. The home is just a 10 minute (850 m) walk from a restaurant, and just a 10 minute (4 km) drive from a cafe, a bar, and a supermarket. Marina di Campo Airport is 43 minute (25 km) from the home.

Parking spaces are available on the property.

Wunderschöne Lage

Pros: Unglaublich netter und hilfsbereiter, mehrsprachiger Gastgeber. Maximal 5 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer 👌🏽und dieser Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer , mehr geht kaum ☀️ Cons: Wenn man von „nicht gefallen“ sprechen kann, dann nur das es kein Moskitonetz am Fenster (Schlafzimmer/ Bad hatte und wir gestochen wurden 😉) Und uns war nicht klar, dass der Eigentümer im Anbau des Hauses wohnt, da unser Hund nicht ganz grundentspannt ist.( Tat uns aber eher für den Eigentümer leid . )

Pros: Das Haus liegt in einer wunderbaren Lage nur einen kurzen Fussweg vom herrlichen Strand entfernt. Der Gastgeber war äusserst zuvorkommend und sehr,sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder !

Huis met een geweldig mooi uitzicht

Pros: Een fantastisch uitzicht en een zeer vriendelijke gastheer , rustige omgeving. Heel dicht bij een strandje ( 5 minuten wandelen) eigen parkeerplaats.en gebruik van wasmachine is fijn. Cons: De waterdruk bij de douche is wat minder dan normaal.

C'était fabuleux, la maison, le cadre et la vue, nous ont fait rêver

Pros: Séjour avec ma compagne et mon fils de 15 mois, tout était parfait, le propriétaire de la villa est une personne fantastique et nous en avons pris plein les yeux durant cette semaine, nous ne pouvions pas espérer mieux pour notre belle petite famille, d'ailleurs, nous sommes repartis de l'île, fiancés... Wundervoller Ausblick, charmantes Haus und sehr netter Gastgeber

Pros: Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen von touristischem Trubel. Der Garten, der wunderschöne Ausblick auf das Meer und der kurze Weg zu den nahegelegenen Stränden sind optimal für Menschen, die das Meer, die Natur und die Entspannung lieben. Cons: Der Wasserdruck in den Duschen der Badezimmer ist sehr niedrig. Man muss ein wenig improvisieren bei der täglichen Dusche.
