Welcome to Tropical Palms Villa, a luxury 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom wheelchair accessible vacation home in sunny Southwest Florida! Our Villa allows visitors to relax in privacy and enjoy today's modern conveniences in a custom-designed home, while enjoying the outdoor feel of a five-star tropical resort. Located in beautiful Cape Coral where the sun shines over 300 days a year, our West-facing Villa ensures that guests will enjoy nearly all-day sun along with beautiful sunsets over the canal.

Our backyard oasis gives you numerous options for enjoying all-day sun. Go for a dip in our award-winning, heated, salt-water pool, enjoy a drink under the Tiki hut at the swim-up pool bar, relax in the spacious spa, or have a good old-fashioned barbecue on our outdoor grill. Our new outdoor tv ensures that you won't miss a big game or your favorite tv show while you're out sunning yourself on the lanai or relaxing in the spa. For a change of pace, head down to our private dock, where you can look for sea otters swimming by, spot pelicans diving for fish, waive to passing boaters, or kick back and relax in style on one of the many deck chairs. If you're into fishing, try casting your fishing rod into the canal and see what happens. Numerous guests have had surprising success fishing off of the dock. Fishing poles are provided at the house. The entertainment options are not just limited to the outdoors though. Inside Tropical Palms Villa, our spacious Great Hall and kitchen area offers a great gathering place for friends or family to enjoy a night of entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking ware you need to enjoy the comforts of home, along with a Keurig, a 12-cup coffee pot a Ninja blender, a microwave, and an air fryer. The Great Hall features a 65" TV with numerous media options. There are over 120 DVD and Blu-ray movies to choose from. Our cable TV package features complementary CNN, ESPN, HBO, Starz, and Showtime. Plus, the Great Hall TV includes a Chromecast Ultra, Fire TV, and Apple TV, so you can stream movies and music from your very own phone or laptop onto the big TV and overhead speakers. Fire TV and AppleTV both include access to Netflix, YouTube and other apps. In-ceiling speakers in the Great Hall and both master bedrooms give guests a great audio experience. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi internet is available throughout the house with download and upload speeds up to 940 mbps. Wifi pods throughout the house ensure solid connectivity throughout the property, whether you are playing billiards in the garage, barbecuing out back on the lanai, or relaxing with a good book out on the dock. In addition, the two master bedrooms each contain 46" TVs + cable TV, while the master bathroom contains a 32" TV + cable TV. The other 3 bedrooms each contain smart TVs, including a 65" smart TV in the Queen bedroom, a 55" smart TV in the double bedroom, and a 32" smart TV in the twin room. Lastly, we have just installed a new bookshelf, complete with dozens of books for your reading pleasure. Grab a book off the shelf and enjoy it out on the lanai or on the dock, and if you're not finished when you leave, feel free to take it home with you (but please leave another book in its place).

If you are the competitive type who enjoys games and sports, you won't be disappointed. The newly updated (Feb 2024) games room features a billiards table, a foosball table, sjoelbak (shuffleboard), a large wall-mounted Connect 4 game, and a dart board. The newly added, wall-mounted tv enables you to keep tabs on your favorite sports on television while you're shooting stick in the games room. We also have a large variety of board games, which are sure to keep you entertained in the kitchen or out on the lanai all evening long. Lastly, there is a nearby community park located less than a 10-minute walk away (2-minute drive) which features 5 tennis courts, a full-length basketball court along with a couple standalone basketball nets, 4 baseball diamonds, and a playground. This park also contains two pavilions if you're in the mood for a picnic. Restrooms are available. No alcohol is permitted in the park. Everything at the park is FREE and first come first serve, so no reservations are required. The park is usually empty during the day, so you shouldn't have any problems getting an empty tennis court, basketball court, etc. If you enjoy pickleball, there is another community park only 3 miles from the house that contains two pickleball courts, along with basketball courts, picnic shelters, playground equipment, and restrooms. A basketball and both tennis and pickleball rackets and balls are provided at the house for guest use while at the house.

Got smaller kids? A highchair and pack and play are provided at the house. There is also a deck box out back by the pool that contains items for the pool, such as water wings, a life jacket, pool noodles, inflatable doughnuts, balls, etc. As mentioned above, there are also well over 100 DVDs at the house, a large selection of them of which are geared toward small children (animated/Disney/Looney Tunes etc.). In addition, of the many boardgames provided at the house, several are geared towards younger children. There is also a large selection of children's books for guest use on the bookshelf in the kitchen.

If you are a tech enthusiast, you will get a kick out of all the smart features offered at the home. There are several Amazon Alexa devices around the property that enable you to control our many smart devices without having to get up out of your chair or get out of bed. You can change the temperature on the thermostat, lock any of the outside doors, close the garage doors, turn on/off any of the 15 smart light switches in the house, or control either of the lanai ceiling fans – all by voice! A one-page "cheat sheet" of Alexa commands is provided., so even if you find technology intimidating, you will be amazed at how simple it is to control these devices around the home by voice. Of course, if you don't want to, all of these devices can also be controlled manually just like any other light switch, thermostat, garage door opener, etc.

LOCATION: Tropical Palms Villa is conveniently located close to the airport, beaches, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Fort Myers RSW Airport is only a 30-minute drive from the villa. The Cape Coral Yacht Club public beach is only 20 minutes from TPV, and boasts a great restaurant called The Boathouse right on the beach. Fort Myers beach is about a 30-minute drive depending on traffic, with numerous waterfront dining options (we recommend Wahoo Willie's and Doc Ford's). Siesta Beach, ranked America's #1 Beach, is about a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from the villa. Nearby restaurant options abound as The Brunch Factory, Mel's Diner, the Olive Garden, the Outback Steakhouse, and Ruby Tuesday are all located within a 5-minute drive of the house. Other popular chain restaurants like Denny's, Perkins, Applebee's, IHOP and Bob Evans are all just a couple minutes drive more than that. My personal favorite restaurants in the area – Miceli's (great food and the best live music – make sure you eat outside), and Papa Joe's (the best Italian) – are all within a 20-minute drive of the house. Shopping options are also plentiful as popular stores like Walgreens, Walmart, Publix, Target, Bealls, Home Depot, and Lowe's all exist within a 5-8 minute drive of the property. The Miromar Outlet Mall, a must-visit for every visit to Florida, is only 40-minutes from the house (just past the airport).
