Die direkte Lage an der Promenade und der Blick aufs Meer ist sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. An der Rezeption hatte ich leider nicht das Gefühl willkommen zu sein. In Summe fand ich Außen- und Innenpool sehr klein, ebenso das Zimmer. Hübsch eingerichtet ist das Zimmer.

Das Essangebot kann gerne optimiert werden, Frühstückebuffet ist bis auf minimale Anpassungen jeden Tag identisch und ein Cappuchino oder Latte kostet extra, für ein 4-Sternhotel würde ich dies umbedingt adaptieren. Ansosten ist das Hotel sehr sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Strand Cala Agulla ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar, an den Hafen/ Zentrum sind es ca 15-20 Minuten.

Discreta condizione dell'hotel.... Con la promessa però ristrutturazione x l'anno prossimo 2016 Speriamo bene perché vorrei ritornarci. L'hotel si trova in ottima posizione vicinissimo alla meravigliosa cala aguya Il paese di cala Ratjada è movimentato ma non chiassoso. È stata tutto sommato una bella vacanza. Ci ritornerò!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Man läuft 2min. zum Strand. Die Zimmer waren sauber, die Betten bequem und das Personal stets freundlich. Als Paar können wir das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr anstrengendes Personal!

Bei Ankunft wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass kein Zimemr mehr frei war. Dann durfte ich mein Abendessen nicht im Gemeinschaftsraum zu mir nehmen, weil ich keine lange Hosen dabei hatte. Gäste auf dem Zimmer durfte ich nicht empfangen, weil ein Single-Use gebucht war. Kurzum: eine Zumutung! Frühstück sehr schlecht.

Gut, aber keine vier Sterne..

Aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen und der "Strandnähe" haben wir uns spontan hierfür entschieden. Da wir Last Minute gebucht haben, waren viele andere Hotels in der Hauptsaison bereits ausgebucht. Dieses hatte jedoch ein gutes Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis und noch freie Zimmer. Die Rezeption und das Foyer ist etwas unspektakulär. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein, sollte geräumiger sein. Leider fehlte auch ein Föhn, der jedoch nachgereicht wurde gegen eine Kaution. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist okay, aber kein Hit. Der Kaffeeautomat ist leider nichts für 'Kaffeetrinker', da der Cappuccino mit Schokoladengeschmack ist und leider nicht gut schmeckt. Auch der restliche Kaffee ist nicht besonders zu empfehlen. Das Teewasser ist auch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein Aufenthalt am Pool ist zu empfehlen. Das Wasser ist sauber und die Poolanlage gepflegt. Da sich das Hotel an der Promenade befindet, ist der Pool nicht mit Hotelgästen überfüllt. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß etwa 5 Gehminuten, direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich kein Badestrand sondern Felsen. Vom Balkon aus ist der Meerblick und der Strand zu sehen. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits vom Trubel gelegen, zum Hafen sind es etwa 20 Minuten zu laufen. Dafür punktet es zum nahe gelegenen Strand. Nettes Abendprogramm mit Live-band - war wunderbar und empfehlenswert. Abschließend können wir sagen, das Hotel ist zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht mit zu hohen "4 Sterne" Erwartungen ran geht. 3 Sterne sind angemessener :-)

Sehr unfreundliches Personal!!

Kurz zu mir: bin m 30 Jahre alt und habe mit meinem Neffen (14J.) das Hotel gebucht...alles schön und gut, bis wir im Hotel standen...das sehr unfreundliche Personal meinte leider können wir Sie nicht aufnehmen, da Ihr Neffe 14J. alt ist und das Hotel nur für Erwachsene bestimmt ist. Ist ja alles schön und gut, wenn man bei der Buchung wenigstens informieren würde! Naja, nach meiner Anfrage ob die uns was anderes vermitteln können oder uns weiterhelfen können, haben die uns total ignoriert und auf der Straße stehen lassen! Leider kann ich zu den Zimmern keine Angaben machen, da ich noch nicht mal rein durfte!

Leider ein Reinfall

Leider kann ich dieses Zimmer nicht weiterempfehlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel und direkt über der Küche. Hat man die Balkontür geöffnet, war es sehr laut. Bei Nachfrage, ob wir ein anderes Zimmer bekommen könnten, wurde uns gesagt, dass dies nur mit einem Aufpreis in Höhe von 18 € möglich wäre. Das Hotel war jedoch fast leer, so dass ein anderes Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie mit Sicherheit verfügbar war. Der in der Beschreibung versprochene Föhn war nicht im Zimmer, konnte man jedoch gegen Pfand (18 €) erhalten. W-Lan gibt es nur gegen Gebühr. Auch als wir am letzten Tag nachgefragt haben, ob wir kurz eine Adresse bei Ihnen heraussuchen könnten, ging leider auch das nur für eine Gebühr von 2 € (für 15 Minuten). Allgemein ist das Hotel ok, mit Sicherheit aber auch kein 4 Sterne Haus. 3 Sterne würden dem allgemeinen Zustand, die Zimmer und das Essen besser entsprechen. Wir haben schon mehrere Hotels im Ort ausprobiert, die bedeutend besser waren. Wir werden dieses Hotel nicht wieder buchen.

Sehr gutes Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand

Wir haben dieses Hotel leider nur für 2 Nächte besucht. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Sekunde einfach wohl gefühlt. Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Eindruck und das Personal besticht durch seine Freundlichkeit. Wir können es nur empfehlen

Schönes kleines Hotel mit Strandnähe und viel Ruhe

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten mal,sogar in diesem Jahr im Mar Azul. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und man findet immer was für den jeweilgen Geschmack. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber und ganz nett eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Minibar, einen Fön kostenlos auf Anfrage, einen Flat TV mit deutschen Programmen, Duschgel und Seife im Spender. Die Räume sind meiner Ansicht nach sehr groß, da auch ein Schreibtisch vorhanden ist. Die Bar hat eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und kleine Snacks, einen Poolbillardtisch, einen großen TV für z.B. Fussballspiele und was für uns ganz wichtig war, es gan keine Kinder im Hotel. Nicht dass wir Kinder nicht mögen, aber zum Entspannen ist es besser ohne Geschrei oder andere Querelen. Wir werden wieder hinfahren, immer und immer wieder!!!!

Schönes Hotel für Paare und Gruppen.

Das Hotel, die Zimmer, der Service und die Lage zur Cala Guya sind sehr gut! Ein Vorteil ist, das das Hotel nicht geeignet für Kinder oder Familien ist. Daher hat man Ruhe am Pool und beim Essen. Ein Manko gibt es allerdings: Die Wände sind sehr dünn und es ist durch die Nähe zum nächsten Hotel in den Zimmern auf der rechten Seite des Hotels sehr laut. Ab 7:00 Uhr werden im Nachbarhotel Teller gewaschen und entsprechend laut geklappert. Auch, wenn einer im Nachbarzimmer den Stuhl verrückt oder läuft, hört man es laut und deutlich ... leider !!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Aufmerksam. Alle sprechen gut deutsch, freuen sich aber auch wenn man spanisch sprechen kann. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden, bis auf die Tatsache, das wir gerne mal länger als bis 7.00 Uhr / 7.30 Uhr geschlagen hätten.
