Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Es war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht wirklich funktioniert und es war sehr heiß

Sitio muy tranquilo. El trato súper cordial y cercano al cliente. Diversos restaurantes y bastante tiendas cercanas. La playa está a cinco minutos, con una cala de buceo súper tranquila a varios metros. El alojamiento muy nuevo con aire acondicionado y bastante limpio.

ESTÁBAMOS DESEANDO IRNOS

Me sabe fatal ser tan dura pero, mira que hemos ido a hostales y sitios baratos, y sabemos que no vamos a ir a una suite pero por lo menos unos servicios básicos han de cumplirse. Nada más llegar, la habitación estaba muy pero que muy sucia, suelo lleno d arena d playa, mesas con manchas secas de cubatas o cosas pegajosas, terraza con llescas d pan, paredes y puerta llenas d manchas, toallas y sábanas llenas de manchas, cisterna averiada que no funcionaba y nos arreglaron tras tres días y varias veces avisando d ello, que cada vez que usábamos wc, que son varias, teníamos que desmontar la cisterna para apretar el botón... horroroso, además de que goteaba y por la noche teníamos que cortar el agua. El grifo d manos sin caudal, nos dijeron todos los días que habían avisado al d mantenimiento como sorprendidos cada vez que volvíamos a quejarnos de la avería de la cisterna y el trabajador que vino nos dijo que era mentira que el día que vino, era el que se lo habían dicho a él, agradecemos toda su ayuda. Recepción vacía, tenías que ir a buscarles al restaurante. En 9 días no limpiaron, no cambiaron sábanas aunque para qué...las toallas había días que tampoco o solo te añadían una, o incluso un día sin toallas y tuvimos que ir a pedirlas porque se llevaron las sucias pero no trajeron nuevas y no nos podíamos duchar.. en fin, solo estoy valorando lo básico ya que, es lo mínimo que te esperas si pagas casi 700 euros por 9 días en un hostal. Estábamos deseando irnos y no volveremos.

Les chambres étaient salles, il y avait des poules partout. L’impression d’être dans un hôtel en rénovation… Pas de climatisation (alors que sur l’annonce il est indiqué que la climatisation est présente) autant vous dire que sous 35 degrés ça nous a bien pourrie notre séjour. Le personnel est désagréable lorsqu’on a une demande, il profite d fait qu’on ne sait pas parlé espagnol pour se moquer. De plus que la piscine n’est même pas dans l’hôtel et qu’elle ferme à 19h, bcp trop tôt qu’à d on est en vacances Je ne recommande pas !!

Suciedad por todos lados. Desde la misma recepción hasta las habitaciones. Día que pasábamos por las escaleras, día que seguían las bolas de polvo en el mismo lugar. Solo tienen aire acondicionado algunas habitaciones, si eres desafortunado tendrás que lidiar con un ventilador en plenos meses de verano. Cuando hacían el cambio de sábanas y toallas, las nuevas seguían teniendo manchas y eran amarillas en vez de blancas, daba una impresión muy desagradable. El personal de recepción nunca se encontraba en su puesto, siempre nos lo encontrábamos vacío. Lo único bueno, buena ubicación y facilidad de aparcamiento en la zona.

Me gusta valorar de forma objetiva todos los alojamientos en donde estoy. La ubicación del hostal es buena; cerca de algunos puntos de interés y en la zona hay un par de calas recomendables. La zona nocturna es aceptable (variedad sin mucho ruido). El alojamiento bajo mi criterio me decepcionó. Las noches no eran agradables porque había muchos mosquitos; si abrías la ventana entraban muchos (una noche maté 7). No había aire acondicionado sino que era un ventilador (ruidoso). En el baño nada mas entrar una polilla aplastada (no la vieron al preparar la habitación!). En definitiva o tuvimos muy muy mala suerte con la asignación de la habitación y temporada de mosquitos o simplemente era así. Hubiera pagado más en búsqueda de algo más confortable

Familienhotel - wird von Geschwistern geführt. Super preiswert! Fotos nicht aktuell. Sieht dort anders aus. Stammgäste werden herzlich begrüßt. Als Neuling wurden wir eher abweisend behandelt. Haben den Hoteleingang nicht gesehen und sind über das dazugehörige Restaurant rein. Wurden gefragt, ob wir keine Zugangsinfo erhalten haben. Nein, nur die Bestätigung unserer Anreisezeit. Mussten warten bis der Besitzer kommt. Dann wurden wir zum Hoteleingang geführt, den man uns auch kurz direkt hätte zeigen können. Dort hing ein Zettel für anreisende Gäste mit Zugangscode zum Zimmerschlüssel. Alle Infos mussten wir selber erfragen, wie Safe, Fernbedienung, Frühstück etc Zimmer werden nur auf Nachfrage gesäubert ebenso Müll und WC Papier. Klimaanlage ist ein Stabventilator per Stecker ohne Bedienungsanleitung. Es roch immer wieder nach Kloake, haben in 5 Tagen über 1 Dose Breeze verbraucht. Hauseigene Parkplätze gibt es nicht, nur am Straßenrand. War aber ok. Pool ist im dazugehörigen Appartementhaus La Perla Negra gegenüber in einer Seitenstraße und nur bis 17.30 Uhr geöffnet über einen Code. Frühstück: keine zugänglichen Getränke, nur auf Nachfrage (Cafe=gefärbtes Wasser). Aufbackbrötchen und Toast, aber kein Toaster oder Aufbackgerät. Eier in Eiswasser. Haferflocken, aber keine Schüsseln dafür und auch keine Milch. Nur auf Nachfrage. Kein Obst, nur ein paar Scheiben Tomaten mit Zwiebeln...fü 5 Euro erwarte ich auch nicht viel mehr, aber wenigstens passendes Geschirr und Getränke.
