The bed was good. Only one of the night stand light fixtures had a working bulb. The lavatory faucet sprayed water everywhere. Really cheap toilet paper.

Amazing price for a clean room! I felt safe here with my kids. The owners are working diligently on making repairs and upgrades! The little patio in the middle is adorable and perfect for morning coffee or gathering with adults at night. Their little boy is an added burst of joy to see everyday!

Ok for the price. It could use a better tv and beds. The bed was too firm for us and the bedding was very thin. It was clean. The tv was difficult to operate. The bathroom was clean and soaps were nice enough. Very close to the canyon. The town is interesting.

The room was just okay and for the price, it was as a good value. That said, the sofa and upholstered bench seat in the room were pretty dirty and stained, giving a dirty look to the room. Most of the other rooms in that area were over $100 which I did not want to spend so overall it was OK. The bed was comfortable. It’s just that the furniture was so dirty.

Perfect if you’re not looking for something fancy. It’s right in the middle of Canyon, TX. A bit noisy but close to everything. The staff were great. I would happily stay here again.

Great little motel with all the amenities, no frills and most importantly very clean place for a goodnight's sleep. Across the street from WTAMU and plenty of restaurants. Highly recommend, great value especially for the budget conscious traveler.

Clean and comfortable place to stay when you are on the road. A bonus was the nice courtyard with trees and chairs and tables that we used, especially since our room had no view and the window opened to the hallway, which I didn’t like.

The place wasn't dirty but it wasnt the cleanest. The price was right for the time I was there and I would stay again. Buffs next door had good food and cheap happy hour beers
