"We reserved a room at this location, however we were switched to ZenZaru same ownership. At KiKaru the grounds were not maintained and the pool was unusable/not clean. When we arrived at ZenZaru the location was very inconvenient. You had to go down approximately 100 steps to get to the rooms. There is no reception area, no rest area/lounge. "The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Our stay included a complimentary breakfast and even though we had to leave earlier than when breakfast was being served, they ensured we had breakfast bags to go. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Very happy with this experiences. Extremely close to hotel, and 24/7 shuttle service was such a helpful service."
