"The apartment was lovely, very well presented, very clean and well equipped for our short stay. It was dog friendly, although we did have to watch our little inquisitive dog near the front wall of the property as he could easily jump up onto it as he was small enough to make his way through the hedges/trees along the border. The location of the apartment was fantastic, so close to the lovely Branksome Chine beach. The hosts , PJ & Franny were also incredibly helpful, with useful information before our stay, and during. We also appreciated the welcome drinks and the festive touch with the Christmas tree. All in all, we would definitely recommend this apartment to others, and look forward to visiting again ourselves. "This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel. The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive. Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it. Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal. However, the friendliness of the staff makes up for this. I’d definitely stay again. "
