"This is a beautiful property. The staff and management are extremely helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure your stay is fabulous. Situated right on the beachfront, the three swimming pools are lovely and cater for all ages. The food is fresh and diverse and well priced. "

"The room was spotless, staff were so happy and helpful. The only thing was the road works were a pain to get in and out of the resort! I felt the free shuttle bus should have taken us further in town as it was a 20min walk it the humid heat. Or this should have been communicated before arrival. "

The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby within walking distance. The breakfast atmosphere was also great, and we had a wonderful time. Thank you very much. "The staff are great and very attentive. They treat us like a royalty. We had a problem in our room and they resolve it right away by upgraded us to one of their suite room. We will definitely coming back here again. Highly recommend. "

"Excellent service except for the one night they came beating on my door. Breakfast was wonderful and the room was very clean. Moldy loungers so you didn’t want to lay on them. Gym was not available and my friend needed to work out; one of the main reasons we booked this hotel was it had a gym. No massages available. A lot of confusion surrounding the floating pool breakfast I ordered. I wouldn’t recommend doing that again. Staff at breakfast every morning were excellent and the food was delicious. "
