Great room and the mall is a quick walk away. Quite far from beaches and activities.

BEWARE OF SCAMMER
I would not recommend Casa Ulsa. You get what you pay for, and our experience was extremely uncomfortable.
We followed the check-in instructions and screenshots they provided, yet somehow we were accused of “unregistering” the TV and AC. I have never stayed anywhere that requires guests to register through their phone just to use the TV and air conditioning. When I told the host it showed as unregistered, she immediately said I would have to pay to register it again and already had a payment link ready. Felt like a scam from the start.
Communication was also difficult. They said they don’t communicate through Expedia, but without Wi-Fi, I had limited ways to contact them. They were upset that we arrived early, yet didn’t send the check-in instructions until check-in time.
The worst part was the host repeatedly coming to our room, banging on the door and acting hostile, reeked of cigarettes; over the payment. We told her we would pay but that the situation was making us uncomfortable. I explained that I was very anxious and asked her to please leave the room. Instead, she started screaming, “I’m not giving you a refund!” even though I never asked for a refund.
She also claimed she doesn’t live there, yet she was at the pool with guests right next to our room.
The entire experience felt hostile, uncomfortable, and suspicious. I recommend documenting every instruction, message, and payment if you stay here. Definitely not worth the stress
Something to note is that this is more inline with an Airbnb experience than a "hotel" but don't let that stop you from booking! The main door is very easy to close and can result in it slamming shut, which causes us some frustration by other guests waking us up, but the owner had already taken care of it before we were even able to bring it up!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and loved the location. The parking can be a pain, depending on the day, but there is plenty of parking a short walk away. It was cozy and comfortable, so give Casa Ula a shot when you visit!

Sympathique gérant et horaires d'accès flexibles (self check-in). Grande chambre.
