Razoável

Razoável, necessita de manutenção no chalé, pouca iluminação, chuveiro não esquentava, sofá velho, toalhas de banho e roupas de cama necessitando de substituição por novas, falta de ameneties. Trajeto até o local sem nenhuma placa indicativa, diferentemente das outras hospedarias no entorno. Café da manhã repetitivo nas duas manhãs. Custo muito alto pelo beneficio.

O hotel passou por um probleminha rescente na área da piscina externa o qual ja esta sendo resolvido, infelizmente pela imprudência de algum fumante, pegou fogo ma mata e acabou danificando uma parte do hotel com as faíscas e o tempo seco, mas eles ja estão em obra para voltar a ser lindo como nas fotos! O Sr. Márcio um encanto de pessoa, super prestativo e solícito, sem dúvidas iremos voltar para ver o hotel reformado.

Localização boa, mas manutenção deixa a desejar

Pousada familiar simples. O pessoal é prestativo, simpático e procuram atender da melhor forma. A localização é excelente para quem vai a Socorro pelos esportes radicais. Fica muito próximo às atrações mais procuradas. Porém a pousada precisa de investimento em melhorias e atualizações. A estrutura é defasada e a manutenção é ruim. A piscina que deveria ser aquecida não aquece. Nos chalés, portas e janelas quebradas não parecem preocupar os proprietários. E falta muita manutenção na parte externa. Mato alto, jardins abandonados e muitos formigueiros. Gostaria de ter dado uma avaliação melhor, mas a manutenção realmente deixa muito a desejar. Ainda assim tivemos bons momentos em família. Obrigado
