About this property

Cambridge Home, 100 m from bus stop to city centre, 2 km walking to city centre

  • Our home was purchased in the summer of 2013 and thoroughly modernized with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, carpeting, decorating, etc. It is south facing and full of sunshine all day with an open plan and plenty of space for our three children. On the first floor are 4 bedrooms and a study with a single bed and desk. Our son's bedroom has a double bed. Our daughter's room has a bed with a trundle. The living room has a piano. The garden is lovely with established plants and trees. We also built an insulated, heated garden room with wifi which has a sofa bed. There is a grill for use and an outdoor table with seating for 8-10. We are 100 yards from the bus stop, 1.5-2 mile cycle ride or walk to city centre and within walking distance to shops (grocery store, pharmacy, etc.) and parks. We also have an array of bicycles that would be available for use. We have a cat, Milo, who is very affectionate and spends most of his time outdoors in the summer.
