Muito confortável.

Ficamos no chalé 5. Muito limpo e confortável. Cobertores bem quentinhos, lareira e o chuveiro é a gás, então demora um pouquinho pra esquentar, mas é MUITO quente. Para o clima da região, perfeito. Os funcionários foram gentis e o café da manhã foi muito gostoso. Fica um pouquinho afastado do centrinho. Conseguimos ir a pé a tarde, mas preferimos ir e voltar de carro a noite.

café da manhã, bem variado e gostoso. rua calma, próximo a rua principal de monte verde, menos de 5 minutos de carro. cama gostosa e roupa de cama, para aquecer no frio. O Atendimento pessoal, na pousada foi excelente. Porém o atendimento prévio, antes de chegar na pousada, não foi possível. O número que consta no site do Hotéis.com, para contato com a pousada está desativado e eles não responderam as msgs de texto. Apesar do quarto ter lareira, ela não aquecia onde estava localizada a Cama, devido a lareira, estar na entrada do quarto e na lateral da cama. Sendo que uma das tentativas, de contato com eles, foi para ver se conseguiriam nos colocar num quarto, com a lareira em frente a cama. Porém não obtive resposta deles. Sugiro que a pousada, poderia disponibilizar aquecederos elétricos portáteis, para os hospedes

Garage ruim para acessar e estacionar, quarto pequeno, escuro e frio (a localização da lareira não é efetiva para aquecer o quarto), salão do café-da-manhã sem climatização (poderia pelo menos ter um aparelho de ar condicionado para tornar o ambiente mais confortável). O cafe da manha tem muita variedade de itens. O lugar do cafe inclusive é bastante agradavel, fresco, limpo e bem reposto. O quarto é aconchegante com espaco suficiente. Roupas e cama novas e limpas. O unico porem é o banheiro, bem pequeno, principalmente o espaco do box, mas em contra partida o chuveiro eh bem forte e quente o tempo todo.
