Veldig god frokost med godt utvalg. Bra service fra de ansatte i resepsjonen og nydelig beliggenhet. Uteområdet ved bassenget kunne vært finere, plantene var tørre og en del barnåler fra trærne lå rundt bassenget.

Beautiful location

Nice hotell with beautiful garden and beautiful location next to 2 small beaches. Good variety at breakfast and lunch. Dinner meny was a little bit weird/boring and overpriced, but very nice ambience with view over the garden. We had a suite with garden view and the room was large, nice and clean. View to the fence was not impressive though. Walking distance to Palma Nova with typical tourist resturants. 20 min taxi drive to Palma for nicer resturants. Nice pools with comfy sunbeds. Extra plus for having a proper hair dryer in the room.

Ich mag das Hotel und die Lage sehr. Allerdings wäre notwendig an einigen Stellen manches zu erneuern. Alte Bilder - alter Boden - riechende plasikpflanzen die einfach unangenehm riechen .. Zimmertüren klemmen .. es sind viele viele Kleinigkeiten die in Summe dann doch viel sind .. das Hotel lebt von der Lage

Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på H10 Punta Negra. Fantastisk utsikt, fina omgivningar. Väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam personal överallt på hotellet. Restaurangen överträffade våra förväntningar. Det enda vi saknade var ett gym.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel welches den Namen Boutique Hotel nicht verdient. Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und der Garten/die Anlage ist gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren leider nicht so sauber. An der Rezeption war man sehr bemüht und sie versuchten unsere Wünsche umzusetzen.

Noch viel Luft nach oben

Von einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hatte ich mir deutlich mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig eingerichtet, und es gab Masken, Desinfektionsmittel und ein kleines Amenity Kit, aber das war's dann auch schon. Eine steinharte Matratze und zwei zu einem Doppelbett zusammengeschobene Einzelbetten, die bei der geringsten Bewegung auseinanderrutschten, alte Blutflecken auf dem Kopfkissen und Überzug, eine Dusche, die um fünf Uhr früh anfing, von selbst heftig zu tropfen (was glücklicherweise nach einer Viertelstunde wieder aufhörte) und als Krönung irgendein Krabbeltier, das es sich über Nacht auf dem Duschvorleger bequem machte... Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber es gab nicht mal Räucherlachs, was ich für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie schon als Minimum bezeichnen würde. Allein mit der Lage kann das Hotel punkten; allerdings hat man davon eigentlich nur etwas, wenn man die hochpreisigeren Zimmer mit Meerblick bucht.

Strandnära hotell med badvikar och klippor

Fantastiskt hotell med två havsvikar med sandstrand och klippor som omges av kristallklart vatten. Lugn och harmoni speciellt på förmiddagarna och fram till två tre. Lagom stor pool. Vi blev uppgraderade och fick ett rum med havsutsikt! Otroligt bra service i receptionen. En av de bästa vi har varit med om. Plus för nespresso maskin på rummet. Fin promenadslinga längs vattnet på klipporna. Minus att det inte finns något gym.

Beautiful surroundings, friendly service.

We have visited this hotel several times in the past year because of the location, which is stunning with beautiful views, secluded clean beaches and mature garden. Food - high quality, wide choices for buffet breakfast, and great tapas. Professional staff - friendly service, free upgrade and late check out is very much appreciated. Room - clean and comfortable. Some rooms are slightly old and dated but charming.

Dejligt hotel der holder hvad de lover

Lækker beliggenhed med adgang til både strand og pool samt naturlig skygge med udsigt over havet. Hotellet er rent, pænt og godt vedligeholdt og personalet er venligt, imødekommende og serviceminded. Fik også lejet cykel gennem hotellet og det gik fint. Har man en sen flyver hjem er der mulighed for at benytte hotellets faciliteter og få et bad efter man har checket ud.

Séjour de charme, calme et reposant

Très bel emplacement un peu hors du temps et du monde pour un séjour très calme et reposant. Idéalement situé pour visiter ce gîte de l’île et Palma, bien entendu. L’hôtel mériterait un peu tu rafraîchissement au niveau des couloirs mais sinon c’est charmant.

Beautiful location, two secluded beaches as well as clean well maintained pools. The resort felt spacious and peaceful and lovely mature garden, yet only 20mins from the centre of Palma. Staff was accomodating, allowing early check in and late check out, and free room upgrade. Excellent value for money.

Un petit dej en plastique

Très bel endroit ! Superbement bien situé . Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut mais il y a un manque d’effectif ressenti . Au petit déjeuner, tout est emballé ds un film plastique. C’est une solution ridicule et pas écologique du tout . Il devrait prendre exemple ailleurs. Ce 4etoiles n’est pas du tout à la hauteur pour la qualité du petit déjeuner
