Rooms are a little dated but good shower, kitchen area could do with a refit, beds are firm but slept really well on them, towels were changed 3 times in a weeks stay. Great location at the quiet end of the strip. All in all good value for money & we really enjoyed our stay

The hotel it’s very close to the beach which is a big plus, also have lots of restaurants to a walking distance as well as convenience stores. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. Just so be aware they only accept cash in all transactions within the hotel, so take cash (although there is a ATM across the street) overall happy with our stay as a family of 4

Great palm trees

Apartment was very basic and dated but clean and a good size. Great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool is nice, pool bar was reasonably priced, food was acceptable too. Staff friendly & helpful, towels changed regularly. Great value for money, would stay here again and recommend to people on a budget.

Really enjoyed our stay here, quaint apartments that were well furnished, clean and comfortable. Pool and bar area was well maintained, clean and very welcoming. Daytime and evening entertainment was great too! Above all, the staff went over and above to chat, to make sure you were having a great time and solved any problems as they arose. Highly recommend!

Its a bit tired but we enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool wasnt too busy (we stayed in September) . The rooms although basic are clean and comfortable. The hotel is a very short walk to the center of Santa Ponsa

Very friendly & helpful staff. All areas were clean & tidy. Nice pool bar with lots of snacks and drinks options. Good location close to bars and restaurants. Lots of stairs in the property, however not a problem as the staff carried our bags to the room for us on arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Booked 2x one bedroom apartments for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Lovely traditional Spanish hotel. Friendly and helpful reception and bar staff. Pool are was nice. Close to bars and food outlets. Room cleaned twice during 5 day stay, towels provided. Hairdryer wasn't as powerful as mine, so glad I took it. Would definitely stay again.

I booked this accommodation by mistake but it more than met our expectations and more. It is basic but the staff members do elevate it and seem to all work together well. Reception was absolutely outstanding as we had unexpected extra family arrive but it was sorted instantly without any kind of fuss. Central to everything but does have lots of steps so is not for anyone with mobility problems

The hotel is really nice! Cleaning of the rooms every second/third day. It was also clean outside and around the pool area too. The staff were polite and nice – especially Valerio who was very service minded and helpful with everything we needed. I have only positive things to say about the hotel and its staff! The only negative experience for us was the very loud and inconsiderate British and Irish tourists which are unfortunately everywhere in Mallorca and not just at this hotel…

Exceeded expectations

Great Location ...Close to Everything..I got a very high (lift still not working) appartment initially and with a bad knee was challenging.Thankfully on day 3 they facilitated a move for me.Karl in entertainment was excellent and made stay very enjoyable and had a great way with adult/kids alike.Splash Bingo was a big hit.Food at pool bar was excellent and reasonably priced

It’s ok needs upkeep but otherwise it’s fine. The pool is nice but you have to get your own chair they are not clean and there is barely any room by the pool. The kitchen is not well equipped. The front desk staff are very lovely.

The hotelstaff and receptionist gives excellent service and the hotel is ok considering it is a two star hotel. kitchen supplies were limited even if the hotel info said that it was going to be a kitchen that you could use for fx simple cooking. Enough to be able to have breakfast in but you could hardly sit 4 people around the table on the balcony and glasses and cutlery were also limited. Unfortunately we missed that the hotel was situated in the middle of the British/irish bar street making the location maybe not the best for a family vacation. Close to the santa ponsa main beach.
