Fairly decent

Decent room but lots of road noise due to single glazed windows. Good shower room but a little bit of mould remover on the base of the shower would improve it greatly. Lovely staff and central for the town

We stopped in for one night during the Callander Jazz and Blues Festival. The hotel staff were fantastic and friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel

Comfortable and clean. Lovely breakfast very good choice. Staff friendly. Downside, no answer at door on arrival had to go through busy bar to find someone to check in. That aside would stay again.

Had yet another lovely stay. We have stayed here quite a few times now and we are never disappointed. Staff were lovely, friendly and extremely accommodating. Bed was really comfortable so had a great nights sleep. Rooms were warm and cozy too. Breakfast was ok but I feel it is very limited as I would have preferred maybe that other options to pick from were able that’s my only issue. The lady who does deals with the bookings and front of house went out her way to accommodate our request and she was such a chatty approachable person. Definitely booking again. Highly recommend it.

Decided to book this as saw it had won tv programme, been there to eat loads of times but ownership must have changed as decor very poor and shower unit and bathroom water damaged and mouldy. No socket to use apart from tv one at top of wall. Food service also now bar service. Very disappointed

Stayed in the hotel before and had enjoyed that stay. So felt it was best to book there again. This time the room I was allocated had a shower over a bath but having a disability made it impossible to use. The bathroom floor creaked quite badly every time anyone were to walk over it. The bed was comfortable and room was decent although there was marks on the walls. Needs to a fresh lick of paint. we booked breakfast like previously but on this occasion the breakfast was not very good or up to a good standard. The Beans were dry, (as if they had been kept on a contact heat) the produce ie sausages weren’t pleasant to eat neither was the potatoe scone. All I could eat in total from the breakfast was the toast.so feel that I didn’t get value for the money on this occasion.

Exceptionally good experience with the Waverly from the moment we arrived. Aaron was especially kind and helpful. All the staff are cheerful and kind. And it was a lovely quiet place to rest each day. We look forward to coming back!
