Ved ankomst ingen værelse. Der var fuldt booket. Fik at vide at jeg var blevet mailet men ingen besked i min indbakke eller spambakke. Fik efter noget tid anvist et værelse på loftet, der blev brugt til opbevaring- Jeg fik ingen reduktion i værelsets pris. Beholdt værelset de 5 dage jeg havde forudbestilt da jeg ikke stolede på, at jeg ville få pengene tilbage.

Schönes kleines Hotel

Während meines Aufenthaltes in Calí habe ich ein paar Nächte hier verbracht. Ich war in einem der Zimmer mit Balkon untergebracht, was auch sehr zu empfehlen ist. Frühstück war absolut ausreichend und wird in dem kleinen Garten eingenommen. Die Angestellten sind ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wieder dort buchen

Good Overall

This place is close to the city center with a 20 minute walk and also close to San Antonio with a beautiful walk. Most of the staff was super friendly amd the breakfast area is really nice.

Staying with your family.

Estancia agradable pero con observaciones...

Visité este hotel el pasado puente del 20 de marzo. Jardín Azul me pareció un lugar agradable y cómodo para visitar en Cali. El personas son muy amables y están dispuestos a atender todas las inquietudes de los huéspedes. Los precios son accesibles. No nos agradó mucho que las habitaciones no las arreglaran a diario, por lo cual el huésped debe organizarla y tampoco hacen aseo diario de los baños. Cualquier inquietud en éste sentido hay que hacerla a recepción. Parece que el arreglo solo se produce antes o después de la permanencia de los huéspedes. No posee todos los servicios de un hotel. Se limita al alojamiento y el desayuno. Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo, está relativamente cerca al centro de la ciudad y el zoológico municipal. Esta Casa-Hotel No tiene parqueadero. Se encuentra lejos de los centros comerciales, el aeropuerto y terminal de transporte, por lo cual es necesario tomar transporte público, si no se dispone de vehículo propio.Las congestiones de tráfico afectan la movilidad para ir a cualquier lugar de la ciudad, tomando mucho tiempo los desplazamientos.

Beautiful hotel and I felt like home.

This hotel is small but I prefer this hotel than bigger hotel chains. The staffs are super friendly. I really enjoyed the time at this hotel so I decided to use this hotel again whenever I visit Cali. The rooms are very beautiful. The patio was nice too.
