Camera 106..voto 5..ricavata da un negozio..quindi la parte anteriore era una vetrina con una tenda per impedire la visione. L acqua era fredda, hanno detto che si era rotto la caldaia poco tempo prima. Ho pernottato solo 1 notte..e la mattina seguente ho cambiato hotel. Personale attento gentile voto 9. Considering the high star hotels seems to be very expensive I opted for this hotel due to its reviews. It's basic, area isn't all that clean but I felt safe. As people have mentioned before , do not stay here if you are wishing for peace and quiet or are a light sleeper. At least not if you are the type that goes to bed early and I would avoid This place on the weekends. We were there during the week and I could sleep through a tornado so it wasn't a big deal. We were also on the first floor, tucked in the back and I think that maybe the most quiet place to be. It was sufficient for what we needed it to be. However, I would pay more $ next time and stay at the Marriot which is up the street or the hotel/casino that's in the big mall in Cali. The staff does their job well at cali Plaza. They deserve to be paid more.

i had a rev for this hotel and i arrived they did not have a room for me they said they were booked up... but the lady at the desk let me use her computer to look for another place

1. No había agua caliente. Tampoco notificarón q no contaban con el servicio. 2. El lava mano estaba botando agua por la parte de abajo, por tanto no se podía utilizar. Se notifico en recepción y nunca hubo solución. 3. No tienen vasos, ni jarra para tomar agua.

Excelente hotel,pero cuidado si es de sueño ligero

El hotel esta ubicado en una zona segura con muchos lugares para ir a comer o departir. La habitación mucho más grande de lo esperado con aire acondicionado, baño, y hasta cocina y sala. El precio es muy bueno para el tipo de hotel. Lo único malo es que el hotel esta rodeado de discotecas y a veces se alcanza a esuchar el retumbe del sonido de las discotecas en la noche.

Friendly, helpful staff.

Pleasant place to stay, friendly staff. Very close to a hopping night area, so just ask for "quisiera la habitacion tranquilo" and they will hopefully put you in a quieter inside room.

The hotel is average for the price you pay. The check in is very late with did cause some issue. Also it says it's an apartment with a kitchen...it has the kitchen but not a single piece of kitchen utensils not even glasses so you can't cook at all which is badly advertised!!

Great Apartahotel Zona Rosa / Avenida Sexta CALI

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I like it because it is an apartasuite hotel. This overcomes the problems if you have to stay in an hotel for a sustained period. Instead of buying all your meals from restaurants you have a small breakfast included in the hotel price and then buy food and prepare your other meals in the small kitchen in your apartasuite. The staff in this hotel are exceptionally friendly and helpful and can be protective of guests (for example photocopying identity of guests that visit you). There was a problem with mosquitos breeding in black water at the rear of the hotel just outside the windows to my room. This was a special concern as Zika virus is present in Colombia.The hotel staff moved me to a new room immediately I expressed concern and I believe they had the area cleaned and fumigated.
