I stay here when I come to Cali. The owner does shifts here and has become a friend of mine. He speaks English very well. The staff are few but highly attentive and trustworthy. Full disclosure that through Expedia I get a great rate here, but it is not a glamorous hotel. For me it is perfect because I can walk 30inutes to great places, and 20 mins to the Alameda food district for great ceviche and other food. Also, two supermarkets near by and innumerable eating locations! Tell them “Dom” sent you!

Greatest value in Colombia,so far for me!Carlos was super attentive to my requests, and he speaks very good English. Marcelo is also a terrific guy-one day he reminded me to put on sun screen! Hotel is behind a huge supermarket, and walking distance to several restaurants/bars.1 block to Colombia public bus stop. A 20 minute walk to Alameda,great food and shopping. I felt safe in hotel surroundings and found locals to be very helpful. Also has an upstairs patio area to hang out and see city.

I stayed here again. I like the owner and the manager very much. They are professional and diligent. There are the same two cleaning ladies as always. I have no concerns ever with my possessions, as staff are honest and there are cameras. I also like that it is near a bus stop for El Mio, and right behind a huge supermarket. Great value if you’re concerned about your budget!

I always stay here because it is a safe bet for me. Owner is the best and he has a hardworking team under him. I’m not the sightseeing type or have super high expectations, to be fair. But I like that I can walk to several nice places very close, or Alameda like 20 mins away.
