Doesn't accept Internet payments. That's why it took 1 hour to get room. Lot water in refrigerator. Dirty countertop . No peace of soup. Shampoo. Toilet was clean. Ledy on front desk wsd tires, but was pleasant and did everything to solve problems. There were barking dogs in cages nexi door room.

There is no proper heater (so it was very cold), TV was not working, no trash cans. Your website said there is free breakfast but there was no breakfast provided. Also there is no coffee in the room which is very basic thing in the morning. My worst experience so far in any hotel.

I did not stay there. Once i seen the area and the rooms. I left and they said no refund because i already paid through epedia. Well i wasn't going to stay in a dirty and unsafe area.

We got there and the sign on the door said no vacancy. It took 30 minutes to get help only to be told our reservation didn't matter because they had no rooms. Plus, the place looked nasty and unsafe.

Excellent customer assistance

I booked this room only to find out that they were booked. The night manager worked with me to ensure that i was able to still have a room and advocated for me and helped me 1000%.

I booked and paid for a room and when I arrived the office was closed and locked and I never even got to check in. Now I am waiting to get my refund and so far it has taken 3 days.
