Great service but room was rundown. Room was huge but I had to turn off every lamp manually. Everything was just old but the service made up for it.

A pampered weekend!

Exceptional vacation! We truly felt pampered by the staff—the Gold Lounge was such a peaceful oasis. The breakfast, and the evening canapés were delicious. For sure the highlight was the staff: attentive & friendly! If we need a weekend retreat, we will do this again.

Very nice Hotel, the Gold staff really helped me get situated. The hotel has to figure something else out with the tour buses. I know that's a lot of rooms filled, but that situation where they allow the buses to monopolize the valet area for long stretches so other guests cannot arrive is totally unacceptable.

Luxury Accommodations and Attentive Staff

This is a beautiful hotel, very well maintained with attentive staff and excellent service. The Club level dining room was an unexpected and welcome surprise - the luxury odf the lounge and quality of the food was first rate.
