AC didn’t work well, no ice in the ice machines, only one bed when I asked for two. Plus it took waaayyyyyy to long to try and get checked in.

Had difficulty communicating directly with the hotel to confirm the booking. I tried calling before I left but no one answered the phone. I did not get a confirmation email either. Anyways it worked out when I got there but going there I was nervous as I wasn’t sure I had a place to stay.
