• STRICT NO PET POLICY - PETS INSIDE OUR HOME WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

• STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY – SMOKING INSIDE OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.

• STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $50 FEE.

• Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE IF VIOLATED

- Failure to return furniture to its original position upon checkout may incur a fee.

• NO more than 10 people allowed inside at a time.

• We are not liable for any slips or falls due to ice or snow during the winter. Please exercise caution when there are winter conditions.
