This was the fourth VRBO we’ve stayed at in SW Calgary, and it was the best one yet. Nice unit, great location with easy access to the mountains. We would definitely stay here again.
Super clean. Kitchen stocked with utensils. Helpful, communicative host. Was a great location for daytrips to Banff, etc.
Pool area a bit dated, but in the process of a facelift.

The condo was clean and comfortable. One of only a few places that let us stay for one night. Compared to other rentals we stayed in during this trip, it did lack some expected supplies. Ran out of toilet paper, no salt or pepper, etc.
PROS Property location is awesome, in the center of everything. Very clean in general. I did step on some form of nail/needle on the floor which I left for review.
CONS The nail thing was not awesome. Biggest issue was the fact there is no air conditioning. This may be normal for Calgary but when we arrived the temperatures were extreme. First night was pretty bad. Air Conditioning would make this property exceptional.

Clean and spacious 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our stay. I really enjoyed the patio with the warm weather Calgary was having.
The condo had most cooking items you would need for in the kitchen other than salt/pepper etc, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies and and laundry facilities are provided which was a huge bonus when travelling with kids.
The pool/fitness Center is a very short walk from the condo so not a big deal at all.
Parking is in a garage for one vehicle, the spot is a little tight for bigger vehicles. There is a visitors pass for parking out front as well. Parking on the street not too far away was also safe as it’s a nice area of the city.
Overall the condo was clean, in a great location for us and very fairly priced. We would definitely stay again if we needed to be in that area in the future.

Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication with the cleaners, the beds hadn't been changed and the towels hadn't been replaced. However, by 8:00 everything was done so we could get the children to bed. There was a coffee maker but no pot - we never did figure out where it went! The property is nice, and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location is not close to anything for groceries, restaurant, liquor store etc.
Was mostly as advertised. Looks a little bigger than it actually was but plenty of room for 4 adults. Biggest complaint is the bed in second bedroom is not a queen as listed in the amenities. Very small for two people, maybe a twin. Could not even rollover without knocking the other person. We would not have booked if we had known it was so small. Made for poor quality sleep. Otherwise clean and functional. Pool and hot tub did not look well maintained, not that clean and seemed lukewarm. Not the fault of condo owner though.

Dishonesty at its best
We arrived and the apt was ok the windows were dirty, the fan blades covered in dust, the master bath had 2 bath towels and no hand towels, the other had 2 of each. The check in was easy. The big thing was there was no internet or tv. We called the owner and were told the people before us had no issues. The next day it was a national outage and the next spectrum was to come over the next day to repair out. Tanya said she would discount the rent by 50%. We stayed. After we returned home we asked about the refund and she texted it was being processed. It never was. She refused to talk with us or VRBO. DO not rent from this individual.

This was a clean, modern home in a perfect location since we were attending an event at Canada Olympic Park, just 10 minutes away.
We have stayed in many VRBO/AirBnB homes and this one was one of the least well-equipped.
There were no face cloths, only 4 small "bath" towels even though there was a pool for our use. Less than 4 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 5 nights. No bar soap or body wash. Just a hand soap dispenser at the sinks. No cooking oil, a bit of salt & sugar in open bowls, no pepper, no spices. We had to go out and buy our own bar soap.
The main advantage of renting a home is to do our own cooking, it makes no sense to do that if we have to buy the basics like oil, salt/pepper, etc, and then leave them behind.
The home has white carpeting, and the rules state no eating in the living room, even though you have to walk through the living room to the dining room. Why install white carpeting if you are so concerned about stains.
Overall, the location trumped everything and we had a good visit. But the lack of basics (compared to other places we've stayed in), and silly rules, does not allow me to recommend it to others.
It was a perfect home away from home. The landlord was amazing to comminicate with and the condo waa absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend staying there. It was in a quite community with easy access to the transit system.
The property was clean and well located. We used Calgary as a base city for day trips throughout Alberta and found we had we had quick easy access to highways and any kind of shopping we needed.
Our stay was excellent. The area was beautiful. Any challenges we did have were quickly resolved. Only downfall was the weather was extremely hot and there was no air conditioning. My older parents struggled with how hot the condo was. Overall though the property and host were fantastic! We would come back but probably closer to fall when weather isn’t as hot.
My family of 4 stayed here over New Years and it was great! Clean, convenient, and had everything we needed. Easy location to get to South Calgary or a day trip to the Mountains.
