The resort is tranquil and beautiful, the rooms intricately designed … but it is not senior friendly. Steps everywhere you go … to your room, the pool, to wellness programs both included in your room rate and many others you have to pay for. Meals are pre-ordered on a fairly limited menu. I’m glad we got to experience Nawa … one night to enjoy a very friendly staff and the natural beauty of the place was enough.

Lived up to expectations we originally were put in the Cabana we had booked online but after the first night the aircon was too loud and I couldn’t sleep. Having raised it with them they immediately moved us to a new room with split aircon which is much quieter. Staff were very helpful and friendly as you would expect, the food and spa facilities lived up to expectations also. Some great treatments available and I would definitely recommend the Hilot traditional massage.we had a few minor issues but they were resolved quickly and amicably with no arguments. The front of house staff & general manager were all friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful 3 night break thank you and will be back when time allows.
