The property did not meet our expectations! Definitely not what we booked. Only one room was a suite, despite paying for two deluxe suites! During our stay of three nights, we did not have our rooms serviced! There were no eating areas nearby for tourists. Area outside of motel was disgustingly dirty! Many stray dogs and dead dogs! Definitely would not recommend this motel!

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel dans le but d’avoir une vue sur les pyramides, nous les voyons bien au loin mais notre première vue est l’autoroute qui nous auras empêcher de dormir nos deux nuits sur place , le bruit est incessant et insupportable… pour ce qui est du lieu notre chauffeur n’a pas réussi à trouver l’hôtel il a dû téléphoner directement tellement nous étions perdus , l’hôtel ( qui est au final un appartement transformé) se situe en faite dans un immeuble partager avec des habitants , les alentours sont très sales. Pour ce qui est de la chambre elle reste tout de même propre mais n’offre pas une grande qualité jacuzzi qui est au final une mini baignoire avec un ballon d’eau chaude qui vous permettra juste d’y tremper les pieds , nous avions également le petit déjeuner compris , nous demandons si il est possible de le prendre à 7h30 à la réception qui nous confirme la faisabilité sans surprise rien n’était prêt mon compagnon redemande à 8h30 nous devons partir sans avoir pu déjeuner, l’hôtel fait malgré tout un geste en ou offrant le repas du soir mais commande ,l’inverse de se que nous avons demandés le lendemain un pdj encore compliqué 10h et toujours rien quand celui ci arrive nous avons droit à des omelettes des légumes ce qui reste local mais la surprise réside dans la présence de viande haché avec des frites … pour finir nous ne reviendront clairement pas dans cet hôtel qui n’en est pas un nous y avons séjourné pour 170€ astronomique au vue des prestations .
