Good location & staff, No WiFi & No power plug

Location is very good for me, easy access to microbuses, GAD (Egyptian fast food restaurant) and other food stands or restaurants, juice bars, masjid (mosque), Carrefour supermarket. Some may think the area is too noisy but I love noisy Cairo and Giza. Room is clean enough and staffs are all friendly. Here are some problems: WiFi can be used in room, but connection is too weak in my room and I could not use it at all (I could use iFi at lobby without any problems). There are no power plugs for guests. I needed plug off of fridge to charge my phone. Only 3 channels are abailable on TV. No safety box. Though there are some problems, I will stay this hotel again on my next visit to Giza.

It was a ver nice experience,the staff is very friendly. The only inconvenient they should explain to the customers how to deal with the heater.

Nice location and view, dissapointing hotel

I stayed with my family here for 2 nights. When we arrived in this hotel, there were no towels or toilet paper in our room. I called the front desk twice, to which they answered "I'm sorry Sir, one minute, ok?" They never came. The next day I went down on my pajamas as it seemed the only way to get them, and despite of that, it took like 10 min for the guy to come to our room to deliver only toilet paper and one big towel and one small towel, instead of 2 large towels as requested. A/C in the room was broken, there are 2 units in the room. TVs are very old and small, with bad signal, broken remotes and just a few channels not worth it to turn it on. There's free WiFi in the lobby and in some of the rooms (in my room signal was dead), but for some reason these hotels never give the password to you, unless you ask for it, which is really bad. One of the family members reported that someone was looking into his stuff while he was gone, like trying to rob something, although nothing was missing fortunately. The view of the pyramids is great, location is good. I can't complain about the noise as many people say, as I visited Giza during low season. Food is ok for a short stay.

Terrible hotel, not 3 star.

Blankets were dirty, curtains were filthy, cupboard door broken, towels were not replaced, balcony was never swept. Room service dreadful, restaurant floors and windows were dirty, dishes were dirty. Tables cloths were stained. Lift flooring was worn out, gaps in the floor.

The location is excellent, staff is friendly, installations are regular, breakfast buffet is great, surroundings are regular though do not seem dangerous, ca recommend the hotel for a stay near the pyramids

OK hotel for a night stay

It is close to the pyramids, about 1.5 kms. It is at the corner of 2 roads, hence traffic is busy and you get lot of noise. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. The facilities in the room was good. Staff were ok. For the price the one night stay was good.

Okay... the good and the bad.

The hotel is very near the Pyramides, def. it was supposed to be great, but the neighbourhood is awful, noisy, dirty, terrible... the staff is ok, the services take long time, the breakfast is bad too.. i would not reccomend it to a friend.

Overbook hotel, paid for nothing!!!

We had the worst experience at this hotel, we booked through [...] and when we arrived the hotel told us it was overbooked even though we already paid for the room!!! We finally had a room at 7am but it is soo noisy with all the honks that keep going day and night. it is also very far away from downtown. Not a ggod choice.
