The staff were very helpful and friendly. They found us an amazing guide for Saqqara. We had no complaints with the food or accommodation. The view of the pyramids is amazing. If you want to be collected from the airport make it clear 24hrs before you arrive through What's App as they said the email wasn't working.

The view was incredible. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was big. The wifi was very bad. Also the room safe didn’t work - I told staff and they didn’t have the key to fix it.

日本語が綺麗に話せるオナーがいたので心強かったです。スタッフは皆さん優しく、屋上から見るピラミットは感激しました。お部屋は写真通り綺麗でした。飲み物は何時でも無料で提供してくれました。エジプトで４カ所のホテルを利用しましたが、無料はここだけで大変助かりました。 日本語でのツアーも紹介してくれます。

Quiero destacar especialmente la actitud de todo el personal. Tuvimos problemas para llegar puesto que la dirección en el portal de la agencia estaba equivocada. Pero cuando lo verificaron y entendieron cuanto le había costado al taxista encontrar el hotel su comportamiento fue excelente. El desayuno es completo y correcto. La habitación limpia y espaciosa. La zona es la que es y, a pesar de ello, no nos dio sensación de inseguridad. Me gustaría nombrar a todas las personas que nos atendieron pero todas se merecen un diez.
