Property staff were super friendly, very helpful and efficient. Any requests I needed they were very accommodating. The view of the pyramids from the rooftop is very beautiful. we even had an amazing view from the balcony in our hotel room.

The view was even better than the one at the new museum lol. The location lets you experience real Cairo life, and it’s just a 30-minute walk to the park entrance. Great price, great location.

This hotel seem to be a friendly family run place and the staff was very kind especially Rana on reception. The view from the 5th floor to the pyramids is stunning you could not ask for more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Staff were super friendly and nice , I am going to miss them , the hospitality was excellent،, I love the rooftop u can see pyramids when you eat breakfast, the only things Doesn’t have a walking area around the hotel , as soon as I arrived the hotel I reception area , saif he booked us all tour that we need , and with his great personality , we had a great trip . The good: awesome view of the pyramid and a wonderful guy who runs the corner shop, airport pickup on time The cons: they try to sell you overpriced tours the first thing you arrive, begging for tips (one of the luggage boys wanted 200 egp just to carry our bags in the elevator), the night shift and day shift cant communicate together, wifi never works, housekeeping only cleans the toilet, they dont give you what they promise, breakfast is not very good, smells cigatette in the room they gave us. We stayed here for 6 days - dont think we will again

Amazing view of the Pyramids of Giza. The night i arrived was a very clear night and my balcony had the best view. They assigned me a person driver to pick me up from the airport and a tour guide, I asked about food on the way from the airport to the hotel and they held the kitchen open for me to arrive. All staff were very kind and protective of me, as I traveled to Cairo alone. My driver escorted me on all my excursions, he protected me from scammers and so did my guide. I was very fortunate and grateful for them as I learned Cairo is not the best part of Egypt.
