Wat een geweldige ervaring! Ik ben samen met mijn zoon op vakantie geweest en dit hotel heeft echt al onze verwachtingen overtroffen.
Het hotel was ontzettend schoon en de kamers waren prachtig ingericht. Elke dag werden onze kamers zorgvuldig schoongemaakt en netjes opgemaakt. Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons warm en oprecht welkom.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en van uitstekende kwaliteit. In Cairo zie je vaak dat hotels zichzelf als 5-sterren presenteren, terwijl dat in werkelijkheid tegenvalt — soms eindig je zelfs in iets dat meer op een appartement lijkt. Maar dit hotel is écht een volwaardig hotel, midden in de stad en dichtbij alle voorzieningen.
De directeur was bijzonder vriendelijk en ook het personeel was stuk voor stuk geweldig. Je merkt aan alles dat zij hun werk met liefde en toewijding doen.
Eerlijk gezegd kan ik geen enkel minpunt bedenken. Dit is het eerste hotel waar ik écht volledig tevreden over ben. Ik raad het dan ook iedereen van harte aan om hier te boeken!
