Value for money

Part of a longer trip. One night stay. Great value for money, budget hotel but very close to Giza pyramids. Transfer only included for more than one night bookings. Friendly helpful staff.

The team, led by brother Amiri were superb. The tour packages (including a 3 day trip to Luxor) were well planned. Breakfast was plentiful and served on the roof terrace which overlooked the Pyramids. We would well recommend this hotel. Debbie & Abdul

The staff was wonderful at helping me with directions and addressing problems that arose. Unfortunately, the hotel needs some attention to maintenance issues, bathtub backing up onto floor, toilet only flushing sometimes, door handle falling off, bed breaking when I sat on it, and deleting my conversation with them regarding a change in flight time for airport pick up, and then not picking up at all. Location was convenient. Patio was a wonderful place to relax in mornings and evenings.

My family and I recently stayed at the Aziz Pyramid View Hotel in Giza, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff immediately made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. One of the highlights of our visit was the personalized attention we received from the staff. They took the time to recommend various sights to see and places to visit in Giza and the surrounding area, offering tips that made our excursions even more comfortable & enjoyable. The hotel also arranged tour organizers for us, Sameh & Mahmood, who not only ensured that we traveled safely to our destinations but also made sure that we had a great & entertaining time. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was a welcome relief from the hot Egyptian sun, ensuring that we always had a cool and relaxing environment to return to after a day out. The bathroom too, was clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. The rooftop was very nicely decorated, with a beautiful view of the pyramids as well. It was a wonderful spot to spend our late evenings at. Overall, our stay at the Hotel was nothing short of amazing & our trip to Giza was truly memorable. We highly recommend the Aziz Pyramids View Hotel to anyone planning a visit to Egypt.

We had difficulty to contact the property to arrange airport pickup. Sent flight information per their request. No driver showed up at airport. Contacted the property, was told we have to arrange our own transportation at our own expense. Even though it listed free airport shuttle on it’s booking site. The room was very dirty upon arrival. The bed sheets are tattered and scratchy. No cleaning service the entire time we stayed. The shower pan does not drain properly. We had witnessed raw sewage flow out common area bathroom drain. Breakfast were blend and limited. The staff has difficulty to understand our order. We ended up went to another hotel to eat. The hotel want charge us $10 to go back to the airport. Very bad experience, definitely would not recommend it.

Hôtel a fuir Photos non conforme il dates de la construction mais de la construction des pyramides Petit déjeuner infecte les produits date de la veille voir de plus longtemps Nous avons réservée une chambre triple de luxe avec trois lits et nous avons eu une chambre standard avec un lit double payer au prix fort. Bien sûr Personnel ne parle pas anglais ni français contrairement a ceux qui est indiqué Taxi pour se rendre à l’aéroport non compris contrairement à ceux indiqué Réservation Excursion sur place à éviter plus de 5 fois plus cher

Il est vrai que l’hôtel n’est pas cher mais il vaut mieux payer un peu plus cher pour avoir un meilleur service. Les réceptionnistes parlent très très peu l’anglais, ils répondent ok à tout sans rien comprendre. On a eu droit au toilette bouchée, poignée de porte cassée, chambre sale et très datées, problème de lumière etc. Petit déjeuner catastrophique, aliment pas fraîche et on est tous tombés malade. Le chauffeur qui est venu nous récupérer à l’aéroport nous a pas lâché tout au long du séjour et il nous a bien plumée ! Privilégier les excusions en groupe car c’est vraiment des arnaquers!
