If price is your main concern, this is the place. They do not provide towels for guests. It is primarily a hostel, but there are private rooms available. There is no heat in the rooms so bring warm clothes to sleep in the winter as it gets chilly. You may also have to ask for toilet tissue. It is not easy for drivers to find so be sure to use Uber or GPS. You will however, get the real experience of downtown Cairo as it is in a primarily residential/auto parts distribution area. I wanted more of a local experience rather than a touristy feel, so I got that.

Nice Hotel
The hotel is in a nice environment and location. I had to ask for almost everything before it was provided. They are friendly and very nice people in the hotel. Internet and breakfast was free. It's an good hotel generally.
This is a perfect place location-wise. Easy access and close proximity to a great range of tourist attractions. The customer service was friendly too. However, the rooms and the hotel's condition could be made better and proper maintenance of air conditioners could greatly enhance their functioning

Thanx to arabesque staff. I had a good time and comforted staying. The room is super and lovely view. Clean bed sheet. Bathroom is always clean. I strongly recommend to everyone to stay here. It's very close to many shops and restaurants . Thanx for all your support arabesque and team work .
When I saw inside the hotels room I got shocked because of the wall and dump it had dust all over the room and I cleaned it all by myself I can send you the pictures of the wall of my room you can see cats opening the rubbish bag and eating it in the corridoor.
That you get what you paid for couldn't be more accurate for this Hotel, doors that wouldn't close, wind is on the verge of falling apart, air conditioning units that don't work. Eventhough we booked en suite rooms, towels weren't provided, we had to wake the receptionist up and almost beg him for our breakfast. The room seemed to not have been cleaned in a few days, my children room wouldn't close so the resort to block the door with a fridge. As for the positive points it's close to many atractions and Restaurants. I wouldn't recommend this Hotel if you're traveling with children however if you are backpacking your way through Egypt this is a good place to stay and save some money in the process, just lower your expectations to a minimum.

Equipe bem educada e prestativa.
As instalações do hotel são bem simples (trata se de um prédio antigo). Não há qualquer tipo de lazer.
É mais um hostel do que um hotel.
VERY BAD HOTEL, DON'T GO THERE! I booked room for three persons for one week. The room was very dirty and all the furniture of the room of three dosn't work and broken (door is broken, tv not working, airco not working, no satelliet). After I talked with the staff, they give us room of two, two of us slept in one bed. For one week no one cleaned up the room, all furniture of the hotel are very very old and most are broken. Every day we got the breakfast later than what written on Expedia, almost all days was no internet, no shampoo, towels never changed or cleaned up, windwos are broken and can't be closed, not comfortable at night because of the cars sounds outside the hotel. IT IS JUST A TERRIBLE HOTEL!
Attention! These pictures are fake. This place is actually an abandoned building with rooms full of mold, nothing is clean and the covers of the beds are brown-dirty, never been washed. Bed sheets stained. Also, during the night the rooms are cold in December and noisy at all times. Check the pictures I took if you don't believe me.
We arrived at Cairo airport at 2:45 am Thursday and our taxi driver drove around for 45 minutes just to find the place. Once finally found the door was not answered and we had to find another hotel. We want our money refunded.
Great place, service and value. Better than other options, amd ideally located in center of town.

Great location hotel and good value for money. Staff really make this place special though. Mohammed on the desk downstairs is the hotel trip advisor. He was brilliant. So helpful and friendly he made me feel so welcome. It is the staff that make this place. If you want day trips to Giza, Alexandria etc then Mohammed will sort it for you. Ask for Helmey to drive you. This guy is amazing, so genuine and honest. By the time I left Cairo I felt like part of his family. A real gentleman. He doesn't get paid much but still gives away his money to beggars in the street. 'It is Allah's will' he will tell you. If only the world had more Helmeys it would be a wonderful place. BOOK THIS HOTEL and BOOK HELMEY as your driver

Nice hotel at downtown of Cairo.
Hotel is nice, easy access all places from here for business and tourist places
it was not pleasant. hotel was NOT clean, rooms were dirty, my BED BROKE down- and when i asked to change the room, the manager came and simply 'fixed' the broken bed by rearranging the wooden ribs underneath. Blankets fell on the floor during this.. anyways, i dont think i will be able to sleep in a room in this hotel
Cockroach in bathroom. Incompetent and unhelpful receptionist. Took over 30 minutes to find a key

Scary till we tried it then fine.
When we got to Cairo we had requested a pickup but ezpedia mail was having problems getting a response back. We waited for our free pickup about 30 minutes then took a cab. The area was so so but we were scared as there was sign outside but one inside. But to get to hotel you had to call fhem but our phones didn't work. Finally a guest leaving that spoke English called for us. Lobby kinda dirty but room was great, spotless, and cold air, great location & staff. We could walk to Egy. Museum in a few minutes. Down side only 1 towel for 2 guests but lots of hot water.
