For the price, this property comes highly recommended. We paid just a standard room, and it was one floor up (stairs only) and had obviously a bed, en suite, tv, air con, ceiling fan, bar fridge, microwave and tea/coffee. We don't smoke but if you are a smoker, you have to go right to the front of the property for the designated area. Beautiful pool and quite large. Easy walk to Cairns Central and CPAC. Parking limited but plenty free on the street. We would definitely return.

Always staying here when going to town. Clean, big rooms, easy parking near by and walking distance to the water and shops. The friendly staff is always happy to give great recommendations about food and thing to do. Can highly recommend staying here!

The accommodation was basic but it was what I was looking for and the price was very good. Close to the city centre, on the main highway and great staff, the primary thing I like was how quiet the place was. I'd stay at the Hotel Tropiq again.

Good for a quick stop.

The furnishings are a bit dated, but the accommodation was clean. The bed was not very comfortable. There is a pool, playground and barbecue area. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and grocery store.
