"Seems like some kind of scam going on. I booked onExpedia. When I got to the hotel the person told me there was something wrong with "EXPEDIAs card" and I would have to pay out of pocket. So I have been charged by both companies. After talking to an EXPEDIA customer service rep. He started talking about the 3rd party they used to book my reservation and they have to contact the hotel to get my money back. I am a platinum member with EXPEDIA and this is a first. Hmmm. Something isnt adding up. Response requested "

"The Breakfast menu was all cold @ 6 am when it opened. The coffee was excellent. I have no complaints about the facility however someone dropped the ball in prep"

"We have stayed here before and really liked it. Not the hotel’s fault but someone close to us kept slamming the door as they went in and out at 11 pm. Other than the slamming door we enjoyed our stay."

"One set of plugs didn't work, the bathtub really needs to be replaced and the ceiling is peeling in several places and looks to be some mold. But for the price I guess it was what I paid for. Im thinking they are doing some rennovations cause it was very nosiy during the day up stairs."

"Staff was really nice. Was able to park right in front of my room which was great for loading in and out. Room was just ok. A little dingy with broken plugs and stained floor but bathroom was pretty clean. Nice big fridge. No coffee maker in room. Security lock on the door was broken, so didn’t feel particularly safe as solo female traveler. Ended up checking out early and booking a different hotel with a safer vibe. Although this was about what you’d expect for the price point. "

"Amenities close to early. Spa at 5? Hot tub at 10. I booked my wife a facial and massage from 11-2 on the day we were checking out. I called and asked for a late checkout to accommodate her spa schedule. The front desk told me they had people checking in that afternoon and could not help. Well, the hotel was almost empty and there’s no way they had 100% occupancy. Regardless, what a bd answer. I was willing to pay for an extra hour or 2 but the clerk apparently just didn’t want to help even though a just paid $500 for a spa treatment. I’ll go somewhere else next time"

"The room we recieved was not what we reserved but the gentleman at the front desk tried to resolve the issue. He was sympathic to our situation but they were totally booked and an error was made that could not be fixed. The room was nice just not as big as the one we reserved. The next morning Michelle the GM had agreed to provide us with a partial credit towards the room since it was smaller than the one we reserved. The grounds were nice, breakfast was good, and the room we did get was clean. We would stay here again."
