"I got to Birmingham a little earlier than expected and wanted to check in about 1:30 instead of 3. The lady at the desk informed there would be a $30 early check in fee. I asked was the room ready? So basically, the room was ready but the hotel owners found a way to make some extra money. I could see it if the room was not ready and they had to hustle to clean it. but that was not the case. When I did check in, the tv did not work properly and I never was able to use the internet. I really wanted to complain about them not working and should get a rebate or refund, since they wanted to charge me for an extra service. I felt I should have gotten something since the room was not delivered as advertised."

"This was a dimond in the rough. very unexpected treasure. The rooms was very spacious and clean. Full size refrigerators. a two eye burner,dish washer and everthing you need for a stay away from home. It was in walking distance to everything. Looking forward to our next stay."

"Did not stay . The lobby was very dirty . They look like they haven’t vacuumed that rug in years. The young lady sitting at the desk, checking in people should have to do some kind of lobby, maintenance, clean the windows vacuum wipe the tables down something.. I went at 2 o’clock seeing if there was any way that I can check in, but she told me she was not allowed to. And then also told me that my check-in was the night before, but I was not getting there until that day because my performance was that day and I didn’t need to come the night before.. I am still trying to figure out how to get a refund for a night. I never stayed there."
