Die Betreuung war vom Einchecken bis zum Auschecken und jederzeit dazwischen ungewöhnlich aufmerksam und freundlich - einfach perfekt. Cons: Die Warmwasserversorgung unzureichend, fĂŒr Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuss sind, innnen und aussen reichlich Treppen, aber nur fĂŒr diese."

"Kommunikation eher schwierig nur per App möglich. Der Vermieter war von Beginn an etwas aufdringlich und wollte alles zu seinen Gunsten abĂ€ndern: Buchung ĂŒber Expedia, Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit, Ankunft wegen eines Defekts. Hier musste man immer eine Stunde frĂŒher fertig sein, das war nervig. Auch das mit der MĂŒllabfuhr hatte er uns erklĂ€rt und wir haben es so gemacht , wie wir es verstanden hatten, aber am Ende war es wohl doch falsch ?!?! Hier wĂ€re eine Infomappe im Haus in mehreren...

"Pros: Abbiamo trascorso il Ferragosto in questa splendida villa e non potremmo essere piĂč soddisfatti. La casa Ăš perfetta per un gruppo di 8 persone, con spazi ampi e confortevoli. La piscina e il giardino sono curatissimi, ideali per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillitĂ . Nonostante la villa sia immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos cittadino, Ăš a pochi minuti da tutti i servizi e le comoditĂ . Un vero angolo di paradiso dove rigenerarsi. Consigliatissima!"

"Really nice house. Very clean. Shower head broken. Coffee pot broken. Linens not provided without paying extra (had to ask for another set, so slept on mattress pad one night. No soap, TP, dish towels just to get started. Mattresses were hard as rocks. Back yard was nice, if you can overlook the hulking water tower right next door. Not much attention from host. Little response. "

"Das Haus ist wirklich toll eingerichtet, super sauber und mit schönem Garten. Es fehlt an nichts, alle Zimmer klimatisiert, wunderschöne Veranda. Abseits der Massentouristen und in schöner und ruhiger Lage. Leider hatten wir ĂŒber eine Woche kein warmes Wasser - die Vermieterin war jedoch steht’s bemĂŒht das Problem zu lösen. Störend waren die Hunde in der Umgebung, welche bis tief in die Nacht gebellt und gejault haben. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefĂŒhlt und können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen. "
