Excellent stay very comfortable clean and friendly service
All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast with gluten free options ( rare for france!) secure car park 20 mins from ferry port and 10 mins into town via tram. Good size rooms with fridge incredibly helpful stop off en route home . Definitely recommend
A great location for our needs - straight off the ferry.
The hotel staff were all helpful and friendly.
A special mention to the bar manager who recommended one of his selected wines - it was superb!
Very comfortable with a friendly welcome on arrival. Nice restaurant which was a little slow but worth the wait. Well signposted and plenty of parking.
Super clean

Hotel for business
I stayed one night with my family, the room was quite small for four people, the bed were prepared only for two people, no sheets and towels for all.
Breakfast reasonable.
Great overnight stay prior to getting the ferry, staff friendly and helpful. Nice outside pool and sun loungers in garden area, with small football/tennis nets. We didn’t eat here due to visiting Ouistreham and leaving too early in the morning.
Clean and comfortable with a nice modern feel.

This hotel is a basic minimalist! Rooms had no Coffee, drawers, not even a picture on the walls. Very basic menu and without a reservation you could not eat dinner in the restaurant. Very clean but not near any attractions.

3-star hotel
This is really a 3-star hotel with 2-3 star service. How this can be rated 4-star is beyond me. Staff can not be recognized dressing in casual clothes with no name tags. Most of them would need some serious coaching in service. To me this hotel seems to survive from all the tour groups staying over - probably due to the close proximity to the highway. Pool was well kept! Breakfast ok but a bit dirty!
Nice hotel convenient to city and area
Breakfast wasn’t great for the cost of the hotel…basic
Also very slow at sorting the deposit and putting it back in my account 3 days and still waiting!
The restaurant would not allow dog😳 Said it was because of the children…..there was no one. But lots of restaurants 15 minutes walk away.
But a very nice hotel in a wonderful city
I don’t normally write reviews however this hotel was the nicest hotel I have stayed in. The walls looked freshly painted in the room and it was very clean everywhere else. The breakfast had a great variety and was loved by the whole family. The pool was so clean. The guy was out cleaning it every morning. Everywhere in the hotel was looked after from what we saw. The staff were lovely and happy to help. Would 100% recommend staying at this hotel.
One night. In Caen to see war history and ancient history
Pouring with rain when we arrived so we had to completely change our plans.
Room ok
Dinner for me was terrible. No care taken in the care and presentation Steak very tough! service ruthless manner
Breakfast much better
Check in was good and front desk made reservations for dinner during check-in. When we arrived for dinner we were not acknowledged for 15 minutes and then seated. The dinner was a buffet and there was not a line. No one came to take our drink order or to explain how the buffet choices could be made. We served ourselves and then went to find someone to bring us water to drink. Food was cold and not tasteful. We left. No one came to our table this visit. The restaurant employees were rude and the food was less than mediocre.
