Our room was next to "the workers" (guest) who kept the alarm on and it went off the whole night and didn't turn it off even after the front desk asked them to. Front desk mentioned there always been the issue with "the workers" not turning the alarm off. With poor wall insulation, we could hear everything next door. Constant alarm sound ruined our sleep the whole night. "

"The room they gave us looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Smelled like sewage. Used (almost empty) toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra rolls. They didn’t put ANY towels in the bathroom. None at all. The tv wasn’t working. The breakfast selection is tiny and everything looked gross and old. "
