Coco Rose Guest House was simply amazing. From check in to check out our stay was comfortable, we were met with friendly staff, the room was clean and them amenities were just enough to make our stay pleasant. The area was quiet and had access to many beaches and supermarkets to make everyday just splendid. I would definitely recommend to anyone going to antigua to stay there. As for me if antigua sees me in the future it will definitely be at Coco Rose Guest House and Reception Hall.

Incredible family run place with a lot of charm. Everything is thought through and the rooms very well equipped. Right by the beach and very accessible. I found it a bonus as well as it was very close to the trail that leads up to Boggy Peak (aka Mount Obama) and one can do hike up to the summit and back within 3 or 4 hours. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything has been perfect for my stay here.

A fantastic guesthouse. In a beautiful, quiet location. The room was really spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Rose the host was lovely and knew all the places to visit and organised taxi drivers etc. Nothing was too much trouble. I travelled on my own and it felt safe.

Miss Rose is one of the nicest folks around. She made me feel so safe and welcomed in her guesthouse. It is a family run business and she is also related to or went to school with most of the people in the surrounding town. The guesthouse is also a combination of her and her husbands name which I think is so beautiful. The space was clean and i loved going to the beach everyday. She has a small secluded beach across from the gueshouse that was mostly empty every time i went. It was a very peaceful and tranquil stay and i will definitely be coming back next year. Thanks again for a wonderful time Miss Rose you gave me an experience of a life time. See you soon✨️

Rose was very attentive and respectful woman. Her place is a home way from home. The reef beach a steps away from Coco Rose is a very relaxing and peace area. Rose is a wonderful hostess, and her staff are friendly and helpful also. The proximity to the quiet and private beach with the reef so close, and the kayaks available made for a totally relaxing time, a totally safe environment. The gardens surrounding the establishment were well loved and attended, and so colourful! It was wonderful to share plant knowledge and care with all staff. Upon arrival Rose made a trip with and for me for groceries, such a terrific service! I would definitely stay here again… thanks so much. Grocery supplies were within a few minutes walk, so life was easy…such a holiday!

Spacious room with little kitchenette and balcony. Ideal for the independent traveller as the buses stop at the end of the road and there are a few little shops in walking distance. Best of all Rose and her family are friendly helpful hosts who will make sure your stay goes well. Excellent value for beachside room.

Perfection in Antigua!

CoCo Rose Guesthouse is absolutely perfect :-) The location is so beautiful and peaceful, with a lovely beach a stones throw away. The room was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. There are lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed at Coco Rose Guest house for a week in January. We rented a car and the drive from the airport in St Johns was easy to do. The house is on a quiet street that abuts the ocean. The beach is not the best to swim at but it is wonderful to explore. We had an ocean view balcony that was wonderful. The room was large and spotlessly clean. The whole property is immaculate and surrounded by beautiful gardens and grounds. Rose and the maid Nicole were both kind, gracious and responsive to our every need. There are 6 of the best beaches on the island within about a 3 mile drive. This is the most peaceful and quiet place we have ever stayed at. Cooking was a bit challenging with just a 2 burner cook plate, but we managed just fine. If you are looking for simple, quiet, clean, restful and peaceful this is a perfect piece of paradise. We will most definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at CoCo Rose! Rose and her staff were welcoming and helpful. The unit, kitchenette and washroom were spotless. Lots of hot water to clean up after sea bathing either in the property beach or at nearby beaches such as Turner's Beach or Darkwood Beach - easily accessible by local minbus for $3EC. The unit balcony was wonderful to relax on by day with a superb view of the sea and the beautiful property landscaping! Local food is delicious - a must try. And the Antiguans we met were knowledgable and courteous. Thank you Rose!
