We stayed in the unit on the ground floor that was the 1000 sq ft unit, the beach is a truly just a 60-second walk away from the beach down a private walkway. The house is on a long stretch of beach in rincon where you can walk down the beach and come out right in the center of town where all of the restaurants and shops are located. "Villa 2 was a joy to have as our home for 6 nights. The Villa was clean, Organized and provided all we needed. The views were amazing and the sounds of the waves could be heard from every room. Having a beach right outside was perfect. We would want to be here again if in Rincon. "
